اب پاکستان میں اس بات کی سختی سے اور بلا تفریق قانون سازی ہونی چاہیے کہ کسی قسم کے مذہبی یا سیاسی اجتماعات کیلئے ملک کی سڑکیں بند نہیں کی جائیں گی۔ جس نے کوئی بھی سیاسی یا مذہبی جلسہ کرنا ہے، وہ کھلے میدانوں میں کرے یا شہر سے باہر۔

چاہے میلاد کے جلوس ہوں یا ماتم کے یا سیاسی دھرنے۔۔۔

کیا آپ نے کبھی اس حدیث مبارک پر غور کیا ہے کہ سیدی رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا تھا کہ جس کا مفہوم ہے: ’’کہ میری امت 72 فرقوں میں تقسیم ہوجائے گی اور ایک کے سواء سب جہنم میں جائیں گے۔‘‘
آج ہر فرقہ اپنے علاوہ باقی سب کو جہنمی سمجھتا ہے۔

قرآن پاک میں اللہ تعالیٰ نے سیدی رسول اللہﷺ سے پیار کرنے والوں کی ایک نشانی یہ بتائی ہے کہ وہ ’’رحما بینہم‘‘ یعنی آپس میں انتہائی محبت، ادب اور لحاظ کرنے والے لوگ ہونگے۔
اور بابا اقبالؒ ہمارے بارے میں کیا کہتے ہیں:
’’تم آپس میں غضبناک، وہ آپس میں رحیم‘‘

آج امت 72 فرقوں میں اس بری طرح سے تقسیم ہے کہ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ ہر فرقہ ہی دوسرے کو کافر بنانے پر تلا ہوا ہے۔ استغفراللہ۔
تکفیری سوچ صرف خوارج تک ہی محدود نہیں ہے۔ دیوبندیوں کے نزدیک بریلوی کافر، بریلویوں کے نزدیک دیوبندی کافر، سلفیوں کے نزدیک شیعہ کافر۔۔۔

لوگ اپنے فرقوں اور اپنے علماء کو اس طرح پوجتے ہیں کہ ان کے سامنے قرآن و سنت و شریعت کی کوئی حیثیت ہی باقی نہیں رہ گئی۔ قرآن و سنت کا ہر حکم روندتے ہوئے اس تکبر سے گزر جاتے ہیں اور پھر یہ زعم بھی کہ صرف ہم ہی جنتی ہیں اور باقی پوری امت جہنمی!

سیدی رسول اللہﷺ کی واضح ترین احادیث مبارکہ ہیں کہ جن کا مفہوم ہے کہ مسلمان وہ ہے کہ جس کی ہاتھ اور زبان سے دوسرے مسلمان محفوظ رہیں۔ اور یہ بھی مسلمان پر دوسرے مسلمان کی جان، مال و آبرو پر حملے کرنا قطعاً حرام ہے۔ اور یہ بھی کہ ایک مسلمان کی حرمت، کعبے سے زیادہ ہے۔

جب علامہ اقبالؒ فرماتے ہیں کہ ’’امت خرافات میں کھوگئی‘‘، تو حقیقت بھی یہی ہے کہ آج ہم اپنا قرآن و سنت کا دین حنیف چھوڑ کر مسلک و فرقہ واریت و تعصب میں اس قدر غرق ہوچکے ہیں کہ صرف اختلاف رائے کرنے پر ہی ’’گستاخ‘‘، ’’کافر،‘‘ ’’یزیدی‘‘، ہونے کے فتوے جاری کردیتے ہیں۔

پاکستان میں ہونیوالے حالیہ فسادات اور سڑکوں کو زبردستی بند کرنے پر اب عام مسلمان بھی یہ مطالبہ کررہا ہے کہ سیاسی اور مذہبی وجوہات کو بنیاد بنا کر تشدد کرنے والوں، عوام الناس کے راستے اور سڑکیں بند کرنے والوں اور پورے معاشرے کو اذیت دینے والوں کا محاسبہ ہونا چاہیے۔

حقیقت یہ ہے کہ پاکستان میں ہر سیاسی اور مذہبی جماعت اور فرقہ اپنے اپنے سیاسی اور مذہبی مقاصد کیلئے سڑکوں کو بند کرنا عبادت سمجھتا ہے، حالانکہ دین و شریعت و قرآن کے لحاظ سے مسلمانوں کے راستے بند کرنا ایک قطعاً حرام عمل ہے۔ یہاں تک کہ جہاد کے موقع پر بھی سیدی ﷺ نے راستہ بند کرنے سے منع فرمایا۔

سیاسی جلوسوں کا تو کیا ہی کہنا، دکھ اور افسوس تو اس وقت ہوتا ہے کہ جب اسلام کے ٹھیکیدار، قرآن و سنت کی شریعت کی دھجیاں اڑاتے ہوئے، اپنے اس گناہ عظیم کی تاویلیں پیش کرتے ہیں۔

آیت اللہ خامنائی ایران کے عظیم رہنما اور شیعہ رہبر ہیں۔ آپ کا ایک فتویٰ ہے کہ زنجیروں اور چھریوں سے ماتم کرنا وحشیانہ عمل ہے، اور دین اسلام اور شیعہ مسلک کی بہت بری تصویر پیش کرتا ہے۔
ان کے فتوے کے باوجود لاکھوں شیعہ یہ سب عمل کرتے ہیں۔
اگر کوئی سنی روکے تو یزیدی کہلائے۔

قرآن و سنت کی روشنی میں ہم نے ہمیشہ اس بات کی مخالفت کی ہے کہ سیاسی اور مذہبی مقاصد کیلئے کروڑوں مسلمانوں کے راستے اور سڑکیں بند کرکے ان کو عذاب میں مبتلا کردیا جائے۔ کسی ایک فرقے یا جماعت کو یہ حق حاصل نہیں ہے کہ اپنا مسلک دوسرے مسلمانوں پر مسلط کرے۔ یہ حرام عمل ہے!

ہمیں پاکستان میں قرآن و سنت و شریعت کی نرمی اور رحمت والا اسلام نافذ کرنا ہے، نہ کہ سختی اور تنگی والا۔
یہ ممکن ہی نہیں ہے کہ اسلام کسی ایسی عبادت کی اجازت دے کہ جس سے لاکھوں دوسرے مسلمانوں کی زندگیاں عذاب ہوجائیں۔
ہمارے علماء اور دانشوروں کو سنجیدگی سے حقوق العباد کا حق ادا کرنا ہوگا۔

بے شک وہ بہت بدنصیب مسلمان ہوگا کہ جو توہین رسالت ہوتے دیکھے اور پھر خاموش ہو کر بیٹھ جائے۔
اور بے شک وہ شخص بد بخت ہوگا کہ جو بغیر شرعی ثبوتوں کے کسی پر توہین رسالت کی جھوٹی تہمت لگائے، اور پھر مدینہء ثانی پاکستان کے بے گناہ مسلمانوں کی جان و مال کو آگ لگائے۔

مقدمہ چاہے قتل کا ہو، زناء کا ہو یا توہین رسالت کا۔۔۔ شریعت نے گواہوں اور شہادتوں کے سخت ترین معیار مقرر کیے ہیں۔ یہاں تمہاری مرضی نہیں، شریعت کا حکم چلے گا۔

ہونا تو یہ چاہیے تھا کہ پاکستان کے تمام علماء پہلے دن سے یہ مطالبہ کرتے کہ توہین رسالت کے مقدمات اسلامی شرعی عدالت میں چلائے جائیں۔ بچہ بچہ جانتا ہے کہ سیشن عدالتوں میں صرف جھوٹ، پیسہ اور دھمکیاں چلتی ہیں، نہ قانونی عدل ہوتا ہے، نہ شرعی۔

پاکستان میں جو بھی توہین رسالت کا مرتکب ہوگا، سزائے موت پائے گا۔ مگر اس کا فیصلہ کون کرے گا؟
سپریم کورٹ نے تفصیلی فیصلہ لکھ کر دیا ہے۔ بہتر تو یہ تھا کہ تحریک لبیک کی جانب سے ایک علمی اور مدلل جواب دیا جاتا۔
پاکستان کو آگ لگانے کا کیا مقصد ہے؟

یہاں ان ظالموں سے جب کہا جاتا ہے کہ شرعی تقاضے پورے کرو تو جواب میں کہتے ہیں کہ تم کافر ہو، توہین رسالت کے مرتکب ہورہے ہو۔۔۔
یہ تکفیری سوچ ہے، کہ جو خوارج پیدا کرتی ہے۔
گناہ گار کو غلطی سے معاف کردینا، بے گناہ کو غلطی سے سزا دینے سے بہتر ہے۔

جو مجھے جانتا ہے، وہ اچھی طرح واقف ہے کہ یہ فقیر حق کی خاطر دنیا کے ہر کفر اور باطل سے ٹکراتا ہے۔ کوئی انتہائی درجے کا کمینہ ہی اس فقیر کے عقیدے اور کردار پر انگلی اٹھا سکتا ہے۔
جب یہ فقیر آپ سے کہہ رہا ہے کہ اس مقدمے کی سزا میں شریعت کے تقاضے پورے نہیں ہوئے تھے، تو پھر توہین رسالت کیوں کرتے ہو؟؟؟

سیدی رسول اللہﷺ کا اسم مبارک استعمال کرکے، امت رسول کو جلانا، مدینہء ثانی کو تباہ کرنا، اور مسلمانوں کی جان و مال کی حرمت پامال کرنا، کائنات کی سب سے بڑی توہین رسالت ہے۔
یہ بدبخت آج پاکستان تباہ کرنے کی بات کررہے ہیں۔ ان میں اور خوارج میں کیا فرق رہ گیا۔۔۔؟

یہ درست بات ہے کہ آج سارا کفر اور اسلام دشمن طاقتیں آسیہ کی رہائی پر خوش ہیں۔ مگر کیا ہم شریعت رسولﷺ اور سنت مبارکہ کو صرف اس لیے ترک کردیں کہ اس پر عمل کرنے سے ایک عیسائی عورت ایک ایسے مقدمے سے بری ہوجاتی ہے کہ جس میں شرعی تقاضے پورے نہیں کیے گئے تھے؟

جس انگریزی عدالتی نظام نے شریعت کا مذاق اڑاتے ہوئے اس عورت کو سزا دی تھی، اسی عدالتی نظام نے شریعت کا سہارا لیتے ہوئے اسے بری کیا ہے۔ فیصلے کا جواب بھی شرعی طریقے سے دیں۔
ملکی نظام کفر کے ساتھ تو چل سکتا ہے، مگر فتنہ و فساد و ظلم کے ساتھ نہیں!

جہاں معاملات حرمت رسولﷺ، شریعت اور دین کے ہوں، وہاں عدالتیں بھی شرعی ہونی چاہئیں، فیصلے بھی شرعی ہونے چاہئیں، شہادتیں بھی شرعی ہونی چاہئیں، گواہ بھی شرعی ہونے چاہئیں، اور احتجاج بھی شرعی ہونا چاہیے۔
کیا اس مقدمے میں ایسا ہے۔۔۔؟

اللہ اس پاک فوج کی حفاظت فرمائے۔ جو اس پاک فوج میں بغاوت کروانا چاہتا ہے، اللہ اسے دنیا و آخرت میں رسوا کرے۔ اگر یہ پاک فوج خاک و خون میں لٹ گئی، تو امت رسولﷺ کی آبرو لٹ جائے گی۔
عدالتی فیصلے کا غصہ پاک فوج پر نکالنے والے، پاک سرزمین کو جلانے والے، وقت کے ابولہب اور ابوجہل ہیں۔

اللہ اس پاک سرزمین اور اس پاک فوج کا محافظ ہے۔ پہلے بھی بہت کمینے آئے کہ جنہوں نے فوج کے خلاف بھونکا۔ ٹی ٹی پی، بی ایل اے، ایم کیو ایم، جئے سندھ، منظور پشتین۔۔۔
یہ فوج سیدی رسول اللہﷺ کی فوج ہے۔ اس میں کمزوریاں ہیں مگر یہ اسلام کے قلعے کی محافظ ہے۔ اس کا دشمن اللہ کے رسولﷺ کا دشمن ہے۔

ہم پھر واضح کردیتے ہیں کہ نہ تو ہم پاکستان میں کسی گستاخ رسول کو برداشت کریں گے، نہ توہین رسالت کی جھوٹی تہمتیں لگانے والوں کو، نہ پاک سرزمین کو آگ لگانے والوں کو، نہ مسلمانوں کی جان و مال کو نقصان پہنچانے والوں کو، نہ پاک فوج کے دشمنوں کو۔۔۔!

پاکستان میں موجود لبرل اور سیکولر طبقہ کان کھول کر سن لے۔۔۔
شرعی اور قانونی تقاضے پورے نہ ہونے پر اگر آسیہ بری ہوئی ہے تو اس کا مطلب یہ نہیں ہے کہ یہاں توہین رسالت کی کھلی چھٹی دے دی گئی ہے۔ ہم ختم نبوت کے بھی محافظ ہیں، اور حرمت رسولﷺ کے بھی۔

‏میرا جرم اکثر یہ ھوتا ھے کہ میں کسی ملا کی بات ماننے کے بجاے، قران و سنت سے دلیل مانگتا ھوں۔
ھمارے فرقہ بندیوں میں تقسیم معاشرے میں اپنے مسلک و ملا کی زیادہ سنی جاتی ھے، قران و سنت کی نھیں۔
جب قران و سنت و شریعت کے خلاف ھی کرنا ھے تو اس فقیر سے پوچھتے کیوں ھو؟؟

‏لوگ مجھ سے راے پوچھتے ھیں جبکہ انکا مقصد قران و سنت و عدل وشریعت جاننے کے بجاے صرف یہ ھوتا ھے کہ میں انکی پہلے سے قایم راے کی تصدیق کروں۔
نہ وہ قران کو مانتے ھیں نہ سنت مبارکہ کو، نہ انسانیت کو۔۔۔وہ صرف اپنی مرضی چاہتے ، چاہے وہ خلاف شریعت ھی کیوں نہ ھو۔۔
کیا یہی عشق رسول ھے؟

اگر ٣ شخص بھی ایک آدمی کو زنا کرتے دیکھیں تب بھی زانی کو سزا نھیں دی جا سکتی کہ شریعت ٤ گواہ مانگتی ھے۔۔۔اور ھم کیا کرتے ھیں؟ صرف افواہ پر لوگوں کو زندہ جلاتے ھیں۔۔۔
جب عدالت اور گواھی ھی غیر شرعی ھو تو شرعی سزا کیسے دی جا سکتی ھے؟؟

سیدنا عمر نے اس وقت چور کی شرعی سزا معطل کر دی تھی جب ریاست اپنی شرعی ذمہداری پوری نہ کر سکی۔۔۔
شریعت کے ریاستی اور عدالتی تقاضوں کے بغیر شرعی سزا دینا، شریعت کی توھین ھے، توھین رسالت ھے۔۔۔
اللہ سے ڈرو مسلمانو، اللہ سے ڈرو۔۔۔
دین رسول پاک کو مذاق نہ بناو۔۔

‏سیدی رسول اللہ نے مسلمانوں کے راستے اور سڑکیں بند کرنے کے بارے میں کیا فرمایا ھے؟
جلاو، گھیراؤ اور بے گناہ مسلمانوں کی املاک لوٹنے کے بارے میں شریعت کا کیا حکم ھے؟
اگر حکومت وقت سے اختلاف ھو، تو کیا حالت جنگ میں مصروف مسلمان ملک کو جام کر کے احتجاج کون سی شریعت ھے؟

To respond to this blasphemy against our beloved Sayaydi (sm), learn from the attitude of Companions and from the Sunnah of Sayyadi (sm). In Makki time, when Muslims were weak, they withstood with dignity, remained focused on the mission, remained united and were never provoked into violence, arson, riots or burning. But when in Medina, when an Islamic state was formed, immediately swords were drawn and when Makkah was captured again, all were forgiven except those who committed blasphemy against our beloved Sayaydi (sm)! That was the time to take revenge.

Today, we have no Islamic leadership, no Khalifa, no Salahuddin to protect the honor of Ummah and our Sayyadi (sm). When we protest, the terrorists and insurgents join our ranks and start to burn and damage the property and lives of innocent Muslims. Allah and Rasul Allah (sm) would never approve of such protests where lives, honor and property of innocent Muslims are burnt in the name of our beloved Sayaydi (sm).

Our love for Sayyadi (sm) is hijacked and used against the Ummah and Medina e Sani. In Karachi, dozens of vehicles of innocent Muslims were burnt. In Peshawar, the transporters burnt down the entire bus terminal of a rival company taking advantage of our love for Sayydi Rasul Allah (sm)!! It has become almost impossible to keep these protests dignified and non-violent. In an environment of 4th Generation war, where already there is total chaos and anarchy on the streets and a new bombing campaign has begun to ignite urban wars, we must be extremely careful that our love for Sayyidi is not exploited by the enemies who are already at war with us.

We must protest but in novel ways. Organize seerat conferences within schools collages and universities and BECOME what Sayyadi (sm) wants you to become!! Flood the social media, universities and markets with posters, books and material on Seerat mubarak of Sayyidi (sm). Recite more and more durud shareef and abstain from Haram rizq, Haram movies, Haram lifestyles..... Become the Momin which our enemies do not want us to become. Join the mission to defend Pakistan and its ideology and serve the ummah in pain. If Allah has not given you power to rule, He does not expect you to wage physical wars even against such grave provocations. Allah will ask the rulers, the Qazi and the Sipah Salaar for not taking action.

All occupied Muslims lands are legitimate battlefields. Iraq, Afghanistan, Kashmir, Palestine, Libya, Chechnya.... where we can join the resistance and hit them hard for their crimes against Sayyadi (sm) and the Ummah. Marching on US consulate in Karachi will only burn the city but you can march against Camp Bastion in Helmend, Afghanistan or you can help Pak army to destroy the Khawarij, the TTP!

For Allah's sake, use wisdom of a Momin to respond. Only weak helpless angry people protest and burn their own nation. The powerful Momin respond with wisdom and courage and wait for the time to take revenge at a time and place of their own choice!

By Allah, we will NOT forgive them for this crime. The US and French governments are responsible! We They have done a deliberate provocation and it will be responded with full force but we will NOT kill innocent Muslims or non-Muslims in our rage and outbursts of emotions.

If we had a Khalifa or Salahuddin today, this Ummah would not have to see such a day but till that time, revert back to Allah, stand united, prepare and organize, fight media and information wars and support the Mujahideen in real actual battlefields of occupied Muslims lands. We will fight against the Americans in battles in Afghanistan NOT in Peshawar or Karachi. Our enemy wants to destroy our resistance in Afghanistan and wants us to burn our own streets. That we must NOT do.

May Allah forgive our sins and mistakes and bless us with a "Salahuddin" from His mercy! Ya Allah Karam, Reham, Maghfirah and rehmah!!! The Ummah of Sayyadi (sm) is lost, confused, angry and in pain......

My speech was today, introduced the paper we sent for the conference. Papers will be published later inshAllah. The speech has been recorded but cannot be uploaded from Iran. Shall air it in Debate when we return inshAllah !
 This conference is a great initiative in developing Muslim cinema to counter the rubbish propaganda against Sayyadi Rasul Allah (sm) and to project benevolent merciful real image of Sayaydi and Islam. Iranian film makers are working on many such projects and the idea can be adopted by our own media houses and film makers like they did in WAAR. Maybe tomorrow, we may visit the set of one such film. Shall update later inshAllah :-)
