اگر پاک سرزمین کو کوئی نقصان پہنچا تو اس کے عدالتی نظام اور ججوں کے ہاتھوں پہنچے گا۔ یہ ظلم اور کفر کا نظام ہے کہ جس میں ججوں کی اکثریت ظالم اور ظلم کا ساتھ دینے والی ہے، اللہ اور اسکے رسولﷺ کی باغی اور شریعت کا مذاق اڑانے والی ہے

سیدی رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا تھا کہ جس کا مفہوم ہے کہ ’’تم سی پہلی قومیں اس لیے تباہ ہوئیں کہ جب کوئی طاقتور اور امیر شخص ظلم کرتا تو اسے معاف کردیا جاتا، اور جب کوئی غریب اور مسکین ظلم کرتا، تو اس کو سخت ترین سزا دی جاتی‘‘۔

یہ بات برسوں سے ہم آپ کو بتارہے ہیں کہ اگر پاک سرزمین کو کوئی نقصان پہنچا تو اس کے عدالتی نظام اور ججوں کے ہاتھوں پہنچے گا۔ یہ ظلم اور کفر کا نظام ہے کہ جس میں ججوں کی اکثریت ظالم اور ظلم کا ساتھ دینے والی ہے، اللہ اور اسکے رسولﷺ کی باغی اور شریعت کا مذاق اڑانے والی ہے۔

یہ بات یاد رکھیے گا کہ سوات میں بھڑکنے والی بغاوت کی سب سے بڑی وجہ بھی یہی عدالتی نظام اور جج تھے۔ اس عدالتی نظام کے ظلم کی وجہ سے مایوس ہو کر لوگ خوارج کی جانب مائل ہوئے۔ پھر سوات کا پورا علاقہ ہی ہمارے ہاتھ سے نکل گیا۔ 15 لاکھ افراد کو ہجرت کرنا پڑی، سینکڑوں شہادتیں ہوئیں۔

مسئلہ نواز شریف کی رہائی کا نہیں ہے۔ یہ حرامخور پھر اندر ہوجائے گا، ان شاء اللہ۔
مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ دو سال کی مسلسل تفتیش، جے آئی ٹی کے ثبوتوں، سپریم کورٹ کی جانب سے نا اہلی کے تفصیلی فیصلے اور نیب کی طرف سے سزا کے بعد اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے اس کو رہا کیسے کردیا؟؟؟
انگریزوں کے بنائے ہوئے اس نوآبادیاتی نظام کی شرمناک ترین خامیاں اب تو اندھے کو بھی نظر آنے لگی ہیں کہ یہ عدل کا نہیں ظلم کا نظام ہے۔

پاکستان کے وجود کو لگا ہوا سب سے بڑا کینسر یہی عدالتی نظام ہے۔ اسی کی وجہ سے معاشرے کے ہر طبقے میں ظلم ہے، ظالم کو تحفظ ہے، مظلوم کچلا جاتا ہے، انصاف نیلام ہوتا ہے، وکیلوں اور منصفوں کی بولیاں لگتی ہیں اور ملک و قوم و ملت تباہی کے دہانے پر پہنچا دیئے گئے ہیں۔

یہ جج، یہ عدالتیں اور یہ عدالتی نظام، پاکستان میں ایک خونی ترین انقلاب کی دعوت دے رہے ہیں، کہ جس میں نہ تو کوئی اشرافیہ بچے گی، نہ کوئی انصاف کا ٹھیکیدار اور نہ ہی کوئی حکمران!
تاریخ میں ہزاروں مرتبہ ایسے ہوچکا ہے کہ جب ’’تنگ آمد، بجنگ آمد‘‘ کے مصداق عوام خود انصاف کرنے اٹھ کھڑی ہوئی
