پاکستان میں ایک طبقہ یہ فکر اور سوچ رکھتا ہے کہ اگر بھارت اور پاکستان میں امن قائم ہوجائے تو اس سے پاکستان کی بہت ساری مشکلات کم ہوجائیں گی، ہم اپنا دفاعی بجٹ کم کرسکیں گے، ترقی تعلیم اور صحت پر زیادہ خرچ کرسکیں گے، دودھ اور شہد کی نہریں بہنے لگیں گی۔

ظاہراً تو یہ سوچ بڑی مثبت نظر آتی ہے، مگر المیہ یہ ہے کہ یہ ایک ایسے کم علمی پر مبنی مفروضے کی بنیاد پر ہے کہ جس کا حقیقت کی دنیا میں کوئی وجود سرے سے ہے ہی نہیں۔
جیسے کوئی شخص یہ کہے کہ اگر ہم مریخ پر کھیتی باڑی کرکے فصلیں اگا لیں، تو پاکستان میں غلے کی کمی کو پورا کرسکتے ہیں۔
