یہ بات قرآن وسنت کی حکمت بھی ہے اور شریعت کا قاعدہ بھی، کہ حکمران وقت کو خود اپنی دولت کے ذرائع بتانا ہوتے ہیں، عوام کو ثابت نہیں کرنا ہوتا

پاکستان کی سپریم کورٹ کو قرآن و سنت کے مطابق اپنی دولت کے ذرائع ثابت کرنے کی پوری ذمہ داری نواز شریف پر ڈالنی چاہیے نہ کہ مدعی پر۔

پاکستان کے قاضیوں کو یہ بات اچھی طرح ذہن میں رکھنی چاہیے کہ سیدی رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا تھا کہ قاضی تین طرح کے ہیں، ان میں سے دو جہنمی ہیں۔

سیدی رسول اللہﷺ کے فرمان کے مطابق وہ قاضی جو علم رکھنے کے باوجود عدل کا فیصلہ نہ کرے، وہ ظالم اور جہنمی ہے۔

آج پاکستان کا بچہ بچہ جانتا ہے کہ نواز شریف اور زرداری ملت اور پاکستان سے خیانت کے مرتکب ہوئے ہیں۔ تو پھر سپریم کورٹ کیوں نہیں جانتی؟

سیدی رسول اللہﷺ کی حدیث مبارک کا مفہوم ہے، تم سے پہلی قومیں اس لیے تباہ ہوئیں کہ وہ ظالم صاحب اختیار کو سزا نہیں دیتی تھیں۔

افتخار چوہدری اور جمالی نے اپنے آپ کو بھی رسوا کیا،اپنے ادارے کو بھی اورملت کو بھی۔ اللہ اور اسکے رسولﷺ دیکھیں گے کہ ثاقب نثار کیا کرتے ہیں

آج دنیا کے قاضی لازماً کل اللہ کی عدالت میں ملزم کی حیثیت سے کھڑے ہونگے، اللہ ان کا حساب لے گا، سزا و جزا ہوگی، اور یقیناً ہوگی۔
