CJ says that we should fight terrorists within the terms of Constitution. My dear CJ, Constitution of Pakistan has also set rules and conditions for Muslim leaders. There are article 62,63 also which sets boundaries for Muslim parliamentarians. According to the Constitution, the entire parliament stands disqualified!!
The Constitution of Pakistan says that Supreme Law of Pakistan would be Quran and Sunnah! It is the responsibility of the SC to enforce the Constitution but still, the entire judicial, political and economic system is based on Haram, Riba and Kufr! We reject selective application of Constitution. Either enforce the entire Constitution with all the Islamic clauses or we reject this Constitution.
