So far, this is total defeat of the Indian stance...

But Pakistan now seriously need to ponder deep on what went wrong in ICJ & in the handling of #KulbhushanJadhav case so far since his arrest.
Our case was so strong that ICJ could not given an open relief to India but otherwise, all our arguments on Vienna Convention were shot.
ICJ rejected almost all Pakistan's arguments on jurisdiction of the court, on non-admissibility of the case, on non application of Vienna convention, on application of 2008 bilateral treaty, on Councillor access etc etc....this was a fiasco. I almost thought we will lose the case
It was only in the end that ICJ finally gave the most important relief to Pakistan & did not order release & extradition of #KulbhushanJadhav, which India actually so desperately wanted.
Our legal team was clearly run out but we had enough runs to barely win the match.
Phew!!
So, what next...??
#KulbhushanJadhav is not gong anywhere. He will rot in our jail. SC appeal/review can take many more years or can be completed in days & he can be hanged....
For me, more important is the lessons of this fiasco which must be learnt for the future.

First lesson:
Learn from the mistakes done in the ICJ. We have to use their laws against them, not be abused by them. I am sorry, I am NOT satisfied with the legal team's quality and line of argument. Almost all points raised by them in ICJ were shot down.

Lesson 2.
Never put on trial any alien Indian agent caught in the country. Dispatch silently after required interrogation.
If it is required to disclose his arrest, then complete the trial & execute within hours, without giving any reaction time to the enemies.
NO ICJ again

Lesson 3:
Pakistan must NEVER put itself in a situation when our national security issues are decided by suspects in UN or ICJ type shady orgs. We had almost lost here too if it was not for a water tight case & an idiotic enemy who too made blunders in defending their monkey.

Lesson 4.
Pakistan failed to get any condemnation for India for sending in #KulbhushanJadhav for terrorism. India was not reprimanded for exporting terrorism. In fact, India is totally free of any accusation despite being caught red handed & pants down.

Lesson5.
You have seen now that ICJ is a biased anti-Pakistan court, like all these Zionist controlled institutions.
India has NO case, was caught red handed sending terrorists, yet it was NOT reprimanded.
We must never every put our fate in the hands of these rascals again.
This is our failure too.

Lesson 6.
#KulbhushanJadhav is useful to us alive for the time being....
We will keep using him to humiliate & insult India for a long time. He is not going anywhere & will die in our jail....through old age or hanged!
