Having an arms license is a basic fundamental right of all law abiding citizens, just as NIC, Passport or driving license, cannot be denied.
Since 2013, Govt has banned all arms licenses, banned all weapon imports...while country is in war, exposing good citizens to terrorists...
Federal Govt, Islamabad territory, Punjab, Sindh has banned arms licenses for all law abiding citizens. Only Peshawar & Quetta are giving...
