Unfortunately, IK failed this litmus test catastrophically.
Pak's afraid & confused response to Malaysian Summit, Indian strikes & later annexation of Kashmir sealed the fate & IK lost total respect within Muslim world.
Saudis & Gulf Arabs only respect strength & power other than money. They always look down upon Pakistani leadership with displays military weakness & beg for more money..... IK did both!
Turks felt betrayed over Malaysian summit & are deeply hurt & lost faith in IK totally.
If Pakistan had smashed Indian military power after February 27th last year & shot down their 9 aircraft, destroyed their submarine & decimated their military HQs & ammo dumps & not returned the Indian pilot in panic, the entire Arab & Muslim world would have respected IK.
Betraying Turks was even a bigger catastrophic blunder.
Turks are always there for Pakistan beyond any politics or geo-politics and that should have been respected by this novice PM. Turks are an honorable nation & love & respect dignity, courage & loyalty. They were truly hurt.
So, now, Pakistan is practically humiliated within the Gulf Arabs....who are openly siding with the arch enemies India.
Turks are still standing by us but not receiving any warm response from the confused govt in ibd. Military to military cooperation is slightly better.

Today, Pakistan's sissy FM is begging UAE to stop an incoming Indian attack.... such low we have reached....
What IK cannot understand is that a military victory in itself is the strongest diplomatic message a country sends to the world.
Only then you are taken seriously.
