Without
any doubt, he was the greatest ruler, leader, administrator &
statesman ever, other than than the Prophet himself. His benevolent
& just governance converted the entire Middle East & Africa to
Islam. His merciful capturing of Jerusalem from Romans is a romantic
epic tale.

Umer built the foundations of a modern welfare state, which is so epic
that even modern states cannot even come close to what he had built over
the ruins of Roman & Persian empires 1400 yrs ago.
For centuries, Islamic civilization stood firm on the foundations laid by him.

& humanity at large today need another Umer if it has to survive
the genocide & destruction it is facing today....!
