India has initiated a petition at US Govt level to declare Pakistan as terrorism sponsor state. Unfortunately more that 3 lac 90 thousands have already signed it.

Pakistan has also initiated a petition to declare India as facilitating terrorism inside Pakistan including Baluchistan and Kasmir and only 19 thousands have signed it yet
