Presidential form of government cannot be brought through existing constitution and political parties... ! The entire system is decadent, corrupt and filthy and MUST be removed totally....
Who will do that ?
Only army can do this... bring in a Civil Techno govt, which should redesign the entire political and administrative systems towards a Presidential model and then start the political process again.
