We are NOT Musharraf supporters. Only an idiot would say that. We speak on truth and facts to remove the fog created by media.

‘All national leaders face terror threat’
LAHORE: Inspector General of Police, Punjab, Aftab Sultan, has said that all national leaders were under serious terror threats ahead of election, 2013 and Punjab police have been utilising all-out efforts to protect them.Inspector General of Police (IGP) Aftab Sultan said this during his first interaction with the crime reporters of print and electronic media at the CPO, Punjab, on Tuesday. The IGP said that steps were being taken to provide foolproof security to the national leaders and heads of the political parties to avert any untoward incident. To a question, the IGP said that at least 97,000 retired security officials, apart from policemen, would be deployed on security duties in the province.

Now we can also clearly see panic in the ranks of political parties and leaders who are now finding it impossible to conduct elections in these war zones. The entire spectrum of political parties is under threat and under attack. Electioneering is impossible under the circumstances but the naively ambitious leaders are still pushing for the deadliest elections in Pakistan’s history. They are paying the price too but are pretending to remain defiant. Now they are begging army for providing them security.
When we said, there is no point in these elections as it would also result in political anarchy, they still refused to believe. Now read what they say will happen after the elections, if they even take place.
Shujaat foresees five PMs in five years
GUJRAT: Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) head Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has predicted that Pakistan is going to see five prime ministers over the next five years.Talking to reporters in his hometown of Gujrat on Friday, Shujaat expressed the fear that thr situation could worsen after the general election.“Five prime ministers will come in five years,” he said, foreseeing that independent candidates would win more seats in the election.

These are the decisive moments in the country. Anything can happen anytime. Any “pearl harbor” can delay the elections or force the army to intervene. Elections, if they are held somehow, are not expected to bring any stable government or improvement in economy and law and order. It would remain a futile exercise anyways. Military is being cornered, humiliated, insulted and dragged by the judiciary.
Media has crossed at red lines too, not just violating the moral, legal and constitutional boundaries of the profession, but actively waging a information war against the state. Politicians are equally venomous against the army, fighting within themselves for the spoils but oblivious of the threats gathering within and outside the country.
On the ground, the military is faced with a most diversified threats and challenges from protecting the ballot papers to holding the elections to fighting a complex 4th generation war under most hostile judicial and media environment.
As such defeat seems certain for the armed forces unless they exert their weight to correct the dangerous imbalance. So far, they are not exerting but the temperature is rising within the ranks against the judiciary and the media. In the trial of Musharraf, judiciary has crossed all limits and is acting as literal revenge takers and not as custodians of law. The statement by the army chief and the blockage of a TV channel for insulting him are signs that things may change very soon.
Once again, we are not sure if the elections can be held on time. Nothing is certain except more bloodshed and more anarchy at all levels. There are no damage control measures seen anywhere for now.
