اللہ سب سے بہتر چال چلنے والا ہے۔۔۔

آئیں آپ کو بتائیں کہ نواز شریف اب کس طرح اس پاک سرزمین اور پاک فوج سے اپنی نا اہلی کا انتقام لے رہا ہے۔ اس نا اہل منافق اور حرام خور شخص کا اب کوئی اثاثہ پاکستان میں نہیں،نہ اولاد، نہ دولت، نہ وزارت۔ پاکستان کا تو یہ ہمیشہ سے دشمن اور ہندوﺅں کا ٹٹو تھا، مگر اب تو کھل کر زہریلے ڈنک مارہا ہے۔

غلام اسحاق خان مرحوم نے اس کے بارے میں کہا تھا کہ ایک دن یہ شخص اپنے اقتدار کیلئے پاکستان کے صوبوں کو آپس میں لڑوا دے گا۔ اپنے اقتدار کیلئے یہ پاک فوج کے اندر بغاوت بھی کرواچکا ہے، سپہ سالار کا جہاز بھی اغواءکرواچکا ہے، سپریم کورٹ پر بھی حملے کرواچکا ہے، اور اب ملک کو اس قدر دیوالہ کرچکا ہے کہ آنے والے مہینوں میں پاکستان کو مجبوراً روپے کی قدر میں بھی کمی کرنی پڑے گی، تنخواہیں دینے کے پیسے نہ ہوں گے اور ملک میں تیل اور دیگر ضروریات زندگی درآمد کرنے کے پیسے باقی نہ بچیں گے۔ اس وقت یہ صورتحال ہے کہ ملک کے پاس صرف دو مہینوں سے بھی کم کا زر مبادلہ باقی بچا ہے۔ باقی تمام رقم اربوں کھربوں ڈالر یہ پلید اور ناپاک حرام خور ہڑپ کرکے پہلے ہی ملک سے باہر لے جاچکے ہیں۔

نااہل ہونے کے بعد ”مجھے کیوں نکالا“ کے بے سرے راگ کے ساتھ ساتھ اس نااہل اور ناپاک شخص نے اب مکمل فیصلہ کرلیا ہے کہ اگر اس کی وزارت نہیں تو پھر یہ پاکستان کو آگ لگا دے گا۔ پاکستانی قوم سے بھی انتقام لے گا، پاک فوج سے بھی انتقام لے گا اور عدلیہ سے بھی اور بھارتی ٹینکوں کیلئے راستہ صاف کرے گا۔ بھارتی وزیر پہلے ہی کہہ چکے ہیں کہ نواز شریف پاکستان میں ان کا سب سے بڑا اثاثہ ہے اور اپریل 2018 ءتک کی تاریخ بھی دی جا چکی ہے کہ جب پاکستان اس قدر انارکی اور فساد میں جا چکا ہوگا کہ بھارتی فوجوں کیلئے اندر داخل ہونا آسان تر ہوجائے۔

پاکستان کے خلاف اپنی حالیہ ناپاک ترین سازش کا آغاز اس شخص نے اس وقت کیا کہ جب ختم نبوت کے قانون میں جان بوجھ کر تبدیلی کی گئی۔ مقصد یہ تھا کہ کفار، مشرکوں اور مغربی طاقتوں کو یہ بآور کرایا جائے کہ اسلام دشمن طاقتوں کے خلاف صرف نواز شریف ہی ان کی آخری امید ہے۔ اگر یہ سازش کامیاب ہوجاتی تو پھر تمام پاکستان دشمن عالمی طاقتیں پوری قوت کے ساتھ نواز شریف کو دوبارہ وزیراعظم بنانے کیلئے اپنے اثررسوخ کو استعمال کرتیں۔

اس سازش کے آشکار ہونے کے بعد جب پاکستان کے مسلمانوں میں بے چینی اور غم و غصہ پھیل گیا تو پھر اس نے دوسری چال چلی۔ فیصلہ کیا گیا کہ عوام کے غیض و غضب کو پاک فوج کے خلاف موڑ دیا جائے اور فوج اورعوام میں اس قدر خون ریز تصادم کرایا جائے کہ ملک مکمل طور پر خانہ جنگی کا شکار ہوجائے۔ اس کام کیلئے عدالت میں موجود افتخار چوہدری کے شتونگڑے بھی استعمال کیے گئے۔ اب سازش مکمل طور پر تیار تھی۔

پاکستان کے مسلمان تو عاشق رسولﷺ ہیں، مگر انتہائی سادے اور بھولے بھی۔ ہماری عشق رسولﷺ کی طاقت کو اسی مدینہءثانی پاک سرزمین کو تباہ کرنے کی سازش بنائی گئی۔ مسلمانوں نے تو ختم نبوت کے قانون کے دفاع میں نکلنا ہی تھا۔ پلان یہ تھا کہ مسلمانوں کی اس طاقت اور غم و غصے کو پہلے تو پنڈی اور اسلام آباد میں انتشار پھیلانے کیلئے استعمال کیا جائے اور پھر عدالت کے ذریعے حکم دلوا کر فوج کو مجبور کیا جائے کہ وہ براہ راست طاقت کا استعمال کرے۔ اس سے نہ صرف یہ کہ سارا الزام فوج پر لگ جاتا، بلکہ پورے ملک میں ایسی خانہ جنگی شروع ہوتی کہ لوگ نواز شریف اور اس کے خلاف چلنے والے مقدمات کو ہی بھول جاتے۔

تقریباً تین ہفتے تک فیض آباد پر دھرنے کی وجہ سے راولپنڈی اور اسلام آباد کے لاکھوں مسلمانوں کو شدید تکلیف اور کروڑوں کا نقصان برداشت کرنا پڑا۔ جب عوامی آوازیں اور دباﺅ شدید ہوگیا تو حکومت نے اپنے من پسند ججوں کو استعمال کرکے طاقت کے استعمال کی راہ ہموار کی۔ ابھی عدالتی فیصلے آئے بھی نہیں تھے کہ پیپلز پارٹی کے خورشید شاہ نے بکنا شروع کردیا کہ فوج بلا کر دھرنا پر چڑھائی کروائی جائے۔ ان کے باطن کا بغض اور ناپاک سازش خود ان کے الفاظ سے آشکارہوگئی۔

اس میں کوئی شبہ نہیں کہ دھرنے میں موجود اکثریت عشق رسولﷺ کے جذبے کے تحت وہاں موجود تھی۔ مگر اس میں بھی کوئی شبہ نہیں کہ ان کی صفوں میں فسادی، دہشت گرد اور خوارج بھی شامل ہوچکے تھے۔ یہ بھی حقیقت ہے کہ دھرنے کے اندر سے بھارت کو کالیں کی گئیں، اور آئندہ ہونے والے ہنگاموں میں جو فساد برپا کیا گیا اس میں حرام و حلال کی تمیز ہی مٹ گئی۔ اپنوں کی سادگی بھی تھی اور اوروں کی عیاری بھی۔ حکومت کے خلاف غصہ پاک سرزمین کو تباہ کرنے میں استعمال ہونے لگا۔ پورا ملک بند کردیا گیا، لاکھوں کروڑوں کی املاک جلائی گئیں، لاکھوں کروڑوں لوگ سڑکوں پر ذلیل و خوار ہو کر رہ گئے، تمام ٹیلی ویژن چینل بند کردیئے گئے، سوشل میڈیا بند کردیا گیا، ٹرینیں روک دی گئیں، ہوائی جہاز روک دیئے گئے، اور پوری دنیا میں ایک واویلا کھڑا ہوگیا کہ پاکستان کو آگ لگ چکی ہے اور اس کے ایٹمی ہتھیار اب دہشت گردوں کے ہاتھ میں جانے والے ہیں اور ایک ناکام ریاست میں غیر ملکی مداخلت ناگزیر ہوگئی ہے۔

ان حالات میں حکومت نے براہ راست پاک فوج کو پوری قوت کے ساتھ دھرنے پر حملہ کرنے کا حکم دے دیا۔ اللہ نے پاک فوج کی قیادت کو فراست عطا فرمائی اور انہوں نے اس سازش کو سمجھتے ہوئے حکومت پر سختی سے دباﺅ ڈالا کہ فوری طور پر ملک میں صورتحال کو معمول پر لایا جائے، ٹیلی ویژن چینل کھولے جائیں، سوشل میڈیا کھولا جائے اور طاقت کے استعمال کے بجائے احتجاج کرنے والوں کے جائز مطالبات کو تسلیم کیا جائے۔ یہ پاک فوج کی طرف سے کی گئی سختی ہی تھی کہ دونوں جانب سے ایک دوسرے کے جانی دشمن راتوں رات آپس میں ساتھ بیٹھے اور افہام و تفہیم سے معاملے کو حل کرلیا گیا۔

دشمنوں نے بہت سخت چال چلی تھی، مگر اللہ نے کرم فرما دیا۔ معاہدے کے بعد بھی یہ سازشی باز نہیں آئے۔ پاک فوج کے خلاف عدالت میں جس طرح زہر اگلا گیا اس پر تو پورے ملک میں شدید تنقید کی گئی ہے۔ خود لاہور ہائیکورٹ نے آج اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کی رائے کو سختی سے رد کرتے ہوئے یہ کہا ہے کہ پاک فوج نے ملک کو ایک بہت بڑی تباہی سے بچالیا۔

اللہ نے اس سازش سے تو پاکستان کو بچالیا، مگر وہ سازش کرنے والے بہرحال ابھی تک پورے اختیار اور طاقت کے ساتھ حکومت پاکستان پر قبضہ کیے بیٹھے ہیں۔ حکومت اب بھی وہی نا اہل غدار حرام خور اور ناپاک سابق وزیراعظم چلارہا ہے۔ ایک ایک کرکے اس کے وزراءمجبوراً مستعفی ہوتے جارہے ہیں اور ہر گزرتے دن کے ساتھ جہاں اس کی ذلت و رسوائی میں اضافہ ہورہا ہے ،وہیں اسکا غصہ بھی پاک فوج اور اس پاک سرزمین کے خلاف بڑھتا جارہا ہے۔ آنے والے دنوں میں وہ مزید خطرناک اور زہریلے حملے کرے گا، بھارت سے مدد طلب کرے گا، امریکہ کو مداخلت کی دعوت دے گا، پاکستان کے قومی سلامتی کے راز دشمنوں کے حوالے کرے گا، فوج کو مزید بدنام اور رسواءکرنے کیلئے غلیظ پراپیگنڈہ کرے گا، پاکستان کو دیوالیہ کرنے کیلئے ملکی خزانے کو خالی کرے گا، پاکستان کے قومی وسائل کوڑیوں کے مول دشمنوں کوفروخت کرے گا، اور پاکستان میں اپنی جائیداد فروخت کرکے اپنے بچے کچے اثاثے بھی ملک سے باہر لے جائے گا۔

پاکستان کے مسلمانوں سے ہم بہت سختی سے یہ بات کہتے ہیں کہ آپ کو اندازہ ہی نہیں ہے کہ آپ کی تباہی اور بربادی کے کیسے کیسے منصوبے اب آخری مرحلے میں داخل ہوچکے ہیں۔ معاشی تباہی سے لیکر اس قوم کو قومیت لسانیت اور فرقہ واریت میں تقسیم کرنے سے لیکر، خوارج اور مشرکوں کے حملے تک سب پلان مکمل ہوچکے ہیں اور ان پر عمل درآمد بھی بڑے خون ریز انداز میں کیا جارہا ہے۔ دشمن ہمارے ہی غم و غصے کو ہمارے ہی خلاف، پاک فوج کے خلاف اور پاک سرزمین کے خلاف استعمال کررہا ہے۔ پوری دنیا میں پراپیگنڈہ کے ذریعے یہ ماحول بنایا جارہا ہے کہ پاکستان جلد ہی شام، لیبیا اور عراق بننے جارہا ہے۔

دوسری جانب پاکستان کے اندر بھی بار بار یہ پراپیگنڈہ کیا جاتا ہے کہ اگر فوج آئی تو نواز شریف سیاسی شہید بن جائے گا۔ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ یہ پراپیگنڈہ بھی صرف اس لیے کیا جارہا ہے فوج اس حکومت کو ہٹا کر کوئی دوسری حکومت نہ لے آئے۔ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ سپریم کورٹ سے بری طرح رسوا ہونے کے بعد اور ختم نبوت کے قانون پر نقب لگانے کے بعد، یہ جس طرح قدر ذلیل اور خوار ہوچکے ہیں، اب چاہے فوج آئے یا عوام کی طاقت انہیں نکالے، یہ کبھی بھی سیاسی شہید نہیں بن سکتے، یہ صرف سیاسی مردار ہیں!!!

پاک فوج کو بھی یہ بات سمجھنی چاہیے کہ دھرنے کے بعد تو ان ناپاکوں اور پلیدوں کی ساری سازشیں کھل کر سامنے آگئی ہیں۔ سوچیں اگر آج بھارت پاکستان پر حملہ کردے یا دہشت گردی کی ایک نئی لہر شروع ہو اور اسلام آباد میں یہی ناپاک اور پلید حکومت اسی نا اہل کی قیادت میں حکمرانی کررہی ہو تو پھر پاکستان کا کیا حشر ہوگا؟
پاکستان اور یہ قوم اس بات کی متحمل ہی نہیں ہوسکتی کہ اس حکومت کے ہوتے ہوئے ہم کسی بڑی آزمائش میں داخل ہوں۔ یہ ہمیں کافروں اور مشرکوں کے ہاتھوں فروخت کرکے ملک سے فرار ہوجائیں گے۔

یہ واضح ہوچکا ہے کہ سپریم کورٹ اس حکومت کو نہیں ہٹائے گی۔ یہ بھی واضح ہوچکا ہے کہ ان کو نہ تو حالات کی سنجیدگی کا کوئی ادراک ہے اور نہ ہی وہ اس جنگ میں پاکستان کا دفاع کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔ اب ساری ذمہ داری پاک فوج کی اور جنرل قمر باجوہ کی ہے۔ جتنی جلدی انہیں یہ بات سمجھ آگئی، ہمارا اتنا ہی کم نقصان ہوگا، ورنہ اس بات کیلئے تیار رہیں کہ کہیں واقعی ہم کچھ عرصے کیلئے عراق، شام اور لیبیا نہ بن جائیں۔ اللہ کی پکڑ آئی تو بہت سخت آئے گی۔ بیس کروڑ کی قوم میں سے اللہ نے اگر ایک کروڑ بھی کفارے کے طور پر قربان کروادیئے تو چیخیں نکل جائیں گی۔ ڈریں اس وقت سے۔۔۔

اگر پاکستان پر آنے والے دنوں پر کوئی خونی آزمائش آئی تو یاد رکھیں اس کے ذمے دار ہم خود ہونگے، ہماری اشرافیہ ہوگی، ثاقب نثار ہونگے، قمر باجوہ ہونگے۔ اللہ نے ہمیں اپنے آپ کو درست کرنے کے بہت موقعے دیئے ہیں۔ اب ہمارے پاس نہ کوئی عذر ہے، اور نہ ہی کوئی ہمیں رعایت دی جائے گی۔ یہ اچھی طرح جان لیں!

آئیں آج آپکو ایک ایسا قصہ سناتے ہیں کہ جو اس سے قبل ہم نے کسی کو نہیں سنایا۔
2010 ءکی بات ہے، ہمارا مشن تکمیل پاکستان پورے زور وشور و عروج سے جاری تھا اور ساتھ ہی اس مشن کو روکنے کیلئے تمام اسلام دشمن و پاکستان دشمن قوتیں بھی متحد ہو کر ہم پر حملے کررہی تھیں۔ ہم پر کفر کے فتوے بھی لگائے جاچکے تھے، قادیانی بھی قرار دیا جاچکا تھا اور یہ بھی تہمت لگائی گئی تھی کہ ہم کسی جھوٹے نبی کے ماننے والے ہیں۔ ساتھ ہی ساتھ ہم پر قتل کا مقدمہ بھی درج کرایا جاچکا تھا۔ ہم جہاں بھی جلسے کرتے، وہاں کانگریسی دیوبندی ملا پہنچ کر فساد برپا کراتے، ہمارے جلسوں کو خراب کرتے، یہاں تک کہ جمعے کے خطبوں میں بھی ہمارے خلاف پورے ملک میں ایک ناپاک اور جھوٹی تحریک چلائی جارہی تھی۔ یہ وہ دور تھا کہ جب حکومت میں زرداری اور عدلیہ میں افتخار چوہدری ناپاک اور پلید وجود حاکم تھے۔ پورے ملک میں دہشت گردوں کا زور تھا اور ہم پوری قوت سے خوارج کے خلاف اذان بلند کرچکے تھے۔ پاکستان میں جتنے بھی خوارج کے ساتھی اور حمایتی تھے، اور بدنصیبی سے ان تمام کا تعلق دیوبند مسلک سے تھا، وہ سب کے سب پوری قوت کے ساتھ ہم پر حملہ آور تھے۔ صورتحال اس سے زیادہ سنگین اور نہیں ہوسکتی تھی۔ ہم تن تنہا تھے اور ہر طرف سے ہمیں روکنے، گرفتار کرنے یا قتل کرنے کی ناپاک سازشیں ہورہی تھیں۔ مگر الحمدللہ، اس تمام تر فساد کے باوجود ہم پوری قوت سے پاکستان کے دفاع میں اور خوارج اور پاک سرزمین کے دشمنوں کے خلاف مصروف جنگ تھے۔

اسی عرصے میں لاہور میں قیام کے دوران ہم سے بریلوی علماءکے ایک گروہ نے رابطہ کیا اور ملنے کی خواہش کا اظہار کیا۔ ہم ان کی خواہش کے مطابق ان کے مدرسے گئے اور ان کے ساتھ ایک تفصیلی ملاقات ہوئی۔ وہاں کے بڑے بریلوی عالم سے ہم پہلی دفعہ مل رہے تھے، اور نہ ہی کبھی اس سے قبل ہم نے ان کا نام سنا تھا۔ بہرحال انہوں نے انتہائی تفصیل سے ہمارے عقائد اور ہم پر لگنے والے کفریہ الزامات کے بارے میں سوالات کیے، وضاحتیں سنیں، عقیدہءختم نبوت کے حوالے سے ہمارا موقف جانا اور پھر دیوبندیوں کی جانب سے ہم پر لگنے والے الزامات کو شرعی اور علمی انداز میں پرکھا۔ کم و بیش دو ڈھائی گھنٹے جاری رہنے والی اس ملاقات کے بعد وہ بریلوی عالم اس بات پر ششدر اور حیران رہ گئے کہ کس طرح دیوبندیوں نے ہم پر اس قدر جھوٹی تہمتیں اور بہتان اور کفر کے فتوے گھڑے تھے۔ انہوں نے ہم سے وعدہ کیا کہ وہ ہمارا دفاع کریں گے اور دیوبندیوں سے اس معاملے پر سختی سے بات کی جائے گی کہ ہمارے خلاف جھوٹے الزامات لگانا بند کریں۔ جب ہم اس محفل سے اٹھنے لگے تو عالم صاحب نے ہمیں مخاطب کرکے کہا: ”اس بات کی تو میں اب پوری طرح گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ آپ ایک سچے سید ہیں، کیونکہ ان ظالم دیوبندیوں کے خلاف سوائے ایک سچے سید کے کوئی اور فرد اس طرح تن تنہا کھڑا نہیں ہوسکتا تھا“۔
محفل سے نکلتے ہوئے ہم نے ایک مرتبہ پھر ان عالم دین سے ان کا نام پوچھا۔ انہوں نے فرمایا:” میرا نام خادم حسین رضوی ہے“۔

خادم حسین رضوی صاحب آج اس ملاقات سے اور اس میں ہونے والے گفتگو سے مکر جائیں تو پھر میں کچھ نہیں کہہ سکتا۔ مگر امید ہے کہ وہ ایسا نہیں کریں گے۔ماضی میں ہم نے کچھ علماءکو دیکھا ہے کہ جب ان پر زیادہ دباﺅ آیا تو انہوں نے بیان ہی بدل لیا۔ مگر امید ہے رضوی صاحب ان سے بہتر ہونگے۔

دوسری مرتبہ خادم حسین رضوی صاحب کا نام میں نے اس وقت سنا کہ جب ممتاز قادری کے جنازے کے بعد اسلام آباد میں ایک دھرنا دیا جارہا تھا کہ جس میں جنرل راحیل اور پاک فوج کے خلاف انتہائی غلیظ زبان استعمال کی جارہی تھی۔ اس پر میں نے دھرنے والوں کو یہ نصیحت کی تھی کہ پاک فوج کے خلاف سخت زبان نہ استعمال کریں اور نہ ہی ممتاز قادری کی پھانسی کا ذمہ دار فوج کو ٹھہرائیں کیونکہ یہ سرا سر عدالتی اور حکومتی فیصلہ تھا پاک فوج سے اس کا کوئی تعلق نہ تھا۔ ہماری اس تنقید کے جواب میں خادم حسین رضوی صاحب نے ایک ویڈیو ریکارڈ کروائی، کہ جس میں انہوں نے ہمارے بارے میں فرمایا: ”اگر میں نے یہ کہہ دیا کہ یہ جھوٹے نبی کا ماننے والا تو پھر یہ کیا کرے گا۔۔۔“

سوال یہ ہے رضوی صاحب نے یہ بات کیوں کہی؟ اگر تو میں نعوذ بااللہ کسی جھوٹے نبی کا ماننے والا اور قادیانی ہوں تو پھر کھل کر کہیں اور اپنی اس ملاقات کا بھی حوالہ دیں کہ جو 2010 ءمیں ہمارے درمیان ہوچکی تھی اور جس میں آپ ہمیں سچے سید ہونے کی گواہی دے چکے ہیں۔ اور اگر میں سچا ہوں تو پھر اس دھمکی کا کیا مطلب کہ اگر ہم نے یہ کہہ دیا۔۔۔؟ کیا یہ دھمکی صرف ہمیں چپ کرانے کیلئے تھی کہ اگر ہم نے ان کیلئے مشکلات کھڑی کیں تو یہ ہم پر دیوبندیوں کی طرح جھوٹے فتوے لگا دیں گے۔

اب لوگ ہم سے سوال کرتے ہیں کہ ہم نے اس دھرنے کی حمایت کیوں نہیں کی، اور ساتھ ہی ساتھ ہم پر وہی تہمتیں بھی داغی گئیں کہ جو عرصے سے خوارج اور ان کے حمایتیوں کی جانب سے لگائی جارہی ہیں۔

پاکستان میں ہر شخص یہ جانتا ہے کہ اس حکومت اور اس نظام کا سب سے بڑا دشمن اللہ نے اس فقیر کو بنایا ہے۔ اس حکومت کی ہر پاکستان اور اسلام دشمن سازش کو کھول کر رکھنے کی ڈیوٹی برسوں سے ہم ادا کررہے ہیں۔ اس حکومت نے اپنی پوری طاقت صرف کرلی ہمیں خاموش کرانے کیلئے، یہاں تک کہ ہمیں سعودی عرب میں گرفتار کروانے میں بھی یہی حکومت شامل تھی۔

جب اس حکومت نے پارلیمنٹ میں ختم نبوت پر حملہ کیا تو سب سے پہلے اس کے خلاف میڈیا میں آواز اٹھا کر اس فتنے کو قوم کے سامنے رکھنے والے بھی ہم ہی تھے۔ ہماری ہی اذان کے بعد پاکستان کے دیگر میڈیا اور علماءتک یہ شرارت پہنچی۔ آج بھی پوری قوت کے ساتھ اس حکومت کو اس کے جرائم کی سزا دلوانے کیلئے ہم اذان دے رہے ہیں۔

ہمارا دھرنے والوں سے پھر کیا اختلاف ہے؟

خادم حسین رضوی صاحب کے ہمارے بارے میں بھی دیئے گئے اپنے بیان کے مطابق، صرف ایک سچا سید ہی پوری دنیا کے مقابلے میں تن تنہا کھڑا ہوسکتا ہے۔ ختم نبوت کے قانون میں شرارت حکومت وقت نے کی تھی۔ مجرم نواز شریف اور اس کی حکومت کے وزراءہیں اور وہ ممبر پارلیمان کہ جنہوں نے اس ناپاک جسارت کے حق میں ووٹ دیا۔ پاکستان کے کروڑوں عوام بے خبر بھی تھے، اور معصوم بھی، اور اس گناہ میں ان کا کوئی حصہ نہیں تھا۔ اگر حکومت کے خلاف کوئی تحریک چلانی ہے، کوئی دھرنا دینا تھا، تو وہ نواز شریف کے گھر کے باہر دیا جاتا، یا ڈی چوک پر، پارلیمان کا گھیراﺅ کیا جاتا کہ جس نے یہ ناپاک جسارت کی۔ فیض آباد پر تین ہفتے سے جاری اس دھرنے کے نتیجے میں حکومت پر تو کوئی دباﺅ نہ آیا، نواز شریف کو تو کوئی پریشانی لاحق نہیں ہوئی، ممبر پارلیمان تو ہنسی خوشی زندگی گزارتے رہے، مگر راولپنڈی اور اسلام آباد لاکھوں بے گناہ مسلمان ذلیل و رسوا ہو کر رہ گئے۔ لوگوں کے کاروبار متاثر ہوئے، ہسپتال، سکول و مدارس و جامعات کے راستے بند ہوئے، لوگ ایمبولینسوں میں جان کی بازی ہار گئے، پٹرول کے اضافے خرچ پر کروڑوں پر ضائع ہوئے، تمام کاروبار زندگی معطل ہوا، اور مسلمانوں کو جس اذیت اور ذلت کا سامنا کرنا پڑا، قرآن و سنت اور سیدی رسول اللہﷺ کے احکامات کی روشنی میں یہ فقیر اس امر کو حرام اور خلاف سنت سمجھتا ہے۔

میرا اختلاف مطالبات سے نہیں، طریقہءکار سے ہے۔

ہم سے کہا جاتا ہے کہ دھرنے والے پرامن تھے حکومت نے ان کو اشتعال دلایا۔ اس سے زیادہ خرافاتی دلیل ممکن نہیں ہے۔ میں آپ کے گھر کے دروازے پر خیمہ لگا کر بیٹھ جاﺅں، نہ آپ کو نکلنے دوں نہ کوئی آپ کا عزیز میں گھر میں داخل ہوسکے تو اس کو آپ کیا کہیں گے؟ پھر جب آپ مجھے زبردستی ہٹانے لگیں تو میں کہوں کہ میں تو پرامن تھا آپ مجھے اشتعال دلارہے ہیں۔ کیا سیدی رسول اللہﷺ نے اس امر کی اجازت دی ہے؟

حکومتی کارروائی کے بعد پورے ملک کو بند کردیا گیا۔ لاکھوں کروڑوں مسلمان، بچے بچیاں، بڑے، بوڑھے اور عورتیں سڑکوں پر رل گئے۔ کیا کبھی سیدی رسول اللہﷺ نے اس امر کی اجازت دی ہے؟ کیا صحابہ کرامؓ نے کبھی اس طرح احتجاج کیا ہے؟ سیدی رسول اللہﷺ نے تو لوگوں کو سڑکوں پر بیٹھنے سے منع فرمایا اور جب لوگوں نے یہ کہا کہ کاروبار کے سلسلے میں سڑکوں پر بیٹھنا ان کی مجبوری ہے تو آپﷺ نے فرمایا کہ سڑک پر بیٹھنے کا حق ادا کرو اور وہ یہ کہ ہر آنے جانے والے کو سلام کرو (یعنی لوگوں کیلئے سلامتی کا باعث بنو)۔

مسلمان تو اس کو کہا گیا کہ جس کے ہاتھ اور زبان سے دوسرے مسلمان محفوظ رہیں۔ مسلمان پر تو دوسرے مسلمان کی جان، مال اور عزت کو حرام قرا دیا گیا ہے، تو پھر میں یہ کس طرح مان لوں کہ عشق رسولﷺ کے نام پر میرا اختلاف تو ایک ناپاک حکومت سے ہے اور میں غصہ بے گناہ مسلمانوں کی جان و مال و عزت سے کھیل سے نکالوں۔

ہم سے کہا جاتا ہے کیا سارے علماءجو دھرنے کی حمایت کررہے ہیں وہ غلط ہیں؟
یہاں میں پھر وہی بات دہراﺅں گا کہ جو خادم حسین رضوی صاحب نے اس فقیر کے بارے میں کہی تھی، کہ آپ سچے سید ہیں کہ جو پورے زمانے کے خلاف اکیلے حق کیلئے کھڑے ہوگئے ہیں۔

معذرت کے ساتھ، وہ تمام علماءکہ جنہوں نے شاہرائیں بند کیں، اور لاکھوں کروڑوں مسلمانوں کو اذیت پہنچائی، ہم سمجھتے ہیں کہ ان کا یہ عمل نہ تو عشق رسولﷺ کے دعوے کے مطابق ہے اور نہ ہی قرآن و سنت و شریعت اس کی اجازت دیتی ہے۔ حکومت سے اختلاف، حکومت کے خلاف ہونا چاہیے، بے گناہ مسلمانوں اور پاک سرزمین کے خلاف نہیں۔

یہ ہماری رائے ہے، کوئی چاہے تسلیم کرے یا نہ کرے۔

اپنے بھی خفا مجھ سے ہیں،بیگانے بھی ناخوش
میں زہر ہلاہل کو کبھی کہہ نہ سکا قند

ہزار خوف ہوں مگر زباں ہو دل کی رقیق
ازل سے رہا ہے یہ قلندروں کا طریق

امید ہے کہ اب آپ کو اس دھرنے اور اس کے مطالبات اور طریقہ کار کے بارے میں ہمارا موقف بہت اچھی طرح سمجھ میں آگیا ہوگا۔

ہم اس غلاظت کے خلاف اعلان بغاوت کرچکے ہیں۔ ہماری قیادت سیدی رسول اللہﷺ کی ہے، اور نظام خلافت راشدہ کا

سقوط ڈھاکہ کے بعد، کہ جب پوری قوم خون کے آنسو روتی تھی، بھٹوآیا ، اور پھر بچی کچی انسانیت بھی دریائے سندھ میں غرق ہوگئی۔
یہ سب ہماری آنکھوں کا دیکھا ہے، گلی گلی شراب خانے و طوائف خانے تھے، کلفٹن کے ساحل پر ایشیاءکا سب سے بڑا جوا خانہ تعمیر ہورہا تھا۔
بھٹو کے دور میں ہمارے والدین ہمیں پی ٹی وی نہیں دیکھنے دیتے تھے ،کہ شب ڈھلتے ہی فحش فلموں کا آغاز ہوجاتا تھا۔
ایک صدقہ جاریہ انسان کے مرنے کے بعد بھی اس کے درجات کو بلند کرتا رہتا ہے، اور ایک شخص کا لگایا ہوا شجرخبیثہ دائمی عذاب میں اضافے کے باعث
میں یہ سوچ کر ہی کانپ جاتا ہوں کہ پیپلز پارٹی کی شکل میں جو شجرخبیثہ بھٹو نے لگایا آج وہ کس طرح اس کیلئے درناک عذاب کا باعث بن رہا ہوگا
فیڈرل سیکورٹی فورس کے نام سے ایک دہشت گرد تنظیم اس نے بنائی کہ جس کا مقصد اپنے مخالفین کو قتل، اغوائ، آبروریزی اور دھمکانا تھا۔
اسی ایف ایس ایف کے ذریعے اس نے احمد رضا قصوری کے والد کو بھی قتل کرایا۔ قصوری دلیر آدمی تھا، بھٹو کی جان کو آگیا اور پھانسی لگوا کر چھوڑی
قرآن میں شہداءکا مقام تو انبیاءاور صدیقین کے ساتھ ہے۔ یہ کیسی توہین رسالت ہے کہ ایک قاتل، زانی، شرابی اور غدار کو شہید لکھا جاتا ہے۔
بھٹو کوئی سیاسی شہید نہیں ہے، پاکستان کی اعلیٰ ترین عدلیہ سے سزا یافتہ ایک سفاک قاتل ہے کہ جس نے ملک توڑا، اور پھر اپنے انجام کو پہنچا
بھٹو کے بعد اس کی ناپاک اولاد نے پاکستان کی پہلی دہشت گردی تنظیم ”الذوالفقار“ بنائی۔ اس نے جہاز اغواءکیے، پاکستان پر حملے کیے۔
بھٹو کا داماد ، یہ تو خبث علی خبث ہے۔ فطرتاً ڈکیت، کراچی میں گندگی فلموں کے ٹکٹ بلیک کرنے میں مشہور، مشہور معاشی دہشت گرد اور قاتل۔
جب اللہ چاہے گا بینظیر کے قتل کا راز بھی کھلے گا، تو معلوم ہوگا کہ ٹکٹ بلیک کرنے سے لیکر صدارت تک کا سفر اس دہشت گرد نے کیسے طے کیا۔
اب بھٹو کی تیسری نسل، کوئی ہیجڑہ نما وجود، پاکستان کا وزیراعظم بننے کے خواب دیکھ رہا ہے، اور یہی جمہوریت رہی تو وہ بن بھی جائے گا
سندھ میں تو سارا سال ہی بھٹو زندہ رہتا ہے، صرف آج کے دن ہی مرتا ہے کہ جس دن اس کے پجاری گڑھی خدا بخش کے مندر پر پوجا کیلئے آتے ہیں۔
یہ غلاظت و کفر و شرک کے انبار کب تک اس پاک سرزمین پر مسلط رہیں گے، اس کا فیصلہ تو میرا رب ہی کرے گا۔ شاید یہ قوم یہی غلاظت چاہتی ہے۔
میرا وجود ہی یہ سوچ کر کانپ جاتا ہے کہ آخرت میں کیا منظر ہوگا کہ جب یہ جیالے بھٹو و زرداری کی قیادت میں دوزخ کی طرف گھسیٹے جارہے ہونگے۔
روز محشر تو یقیناً بھٹو زندہ ہوگا، اس کا حساب بھی ہوگا، انجام بھی دنیا دیکھے گی، اور پھر واقعی جہنم کے گڑھے میں اس کو موت بھی نہیں آئے گی
جو انجام بھٹو کے جیالوں کا ہوگا، وہی آخرت میں الطاف و نواز کے پجاریوں کا حال بھی ہوگا۔ ہر جماعت اپنے امیر کے ساتھ اٹھائی جائے گی۔
جو اپنے ان جھوٹے خداﺅں کے ساتھ جہنم میں جانا چاہتا ہے، شوق سے جائے۔ ہم سے یہ توقع نہ کریں کہ ہم ان بتوں کی عزت کریں گے یا کوئی لحاظ۔
آج اگر الیکشن ہوئے تو یقیناًً سندھ میں صورتحال اس سے مختلف نہیں ہوگی۔ ایک اندھی، گونگی اور بہری قوم کو چور اور ڈاکو ہی پسند آسکتے ہیں۔
جتنی پلید یہ قیادت ہے، اس سے زیادہ پلید یہ نظام ہے۔ دونوں ہی ایک دوسرے کیلئے لازم و ملزوم۔ نظام بدلا تو قیادت بھی جائے گی،
اب اس غلاظت کا خاتمہ اللہ اپنے کسی مرد درویش سے کرواتا ہے، سڑکوں پر خونریزی سے کرواتا ہے، یا نریندر مودی کے ہاتھوں۔ اب ہم دیکھیں گے۔
ہم اس غلاظت کے خلاف اعلان بغاوت کرچکے ہیں۔ ہماری قیادت سیدی رسول اللہﷺ کی ہے، اور نظام خلافت راشدہ کا

آج سیدی رسول اللہﷺ کی یہ امانت، یہ مدینہءثانی، ان پانچ قاضیوں کے حوالے کی گئی ہے۔ یہاں خیانت ہوئی تو زندگی کے اعمال ضائع ہوجائیں گے۔

پاناما کے قاضیوں کو ہم یہ نصیحت کرتے ہیں کہ اللہ سے ڈریں کہیں ایسا نہ ہو کہ کل دربار نبویﷺ میں ان کے نصیب میں رسوائی لکھ دی جائے۔
سیدی رسول اللہﷺ نے واضح فرمایا ہے کہ قاضی تین طرح کے ہوتے ہیں کہ جن میں سے صرف ایک عدل کرنے والا ہی جنتی ہے، اور دو جہنمی!
آج سیدی رسول اللہﷺ کی یہ امانت، یہ مدینہءثانی، ان پانچ قاضیوں کے حوالے کی گئی ہے۔ یہاں خیانت ہوئی تو زندگی کے اعمال ضائع ہوجائیں گے۔
یہ پاکستان صالحؑ کی اونٹنی ہے، جس نے اس کو ذرہ برابر بھی زخم لگایا، وہ دنیا و آخرت میں تباہ کردیا جائے گا۔
آج نہ نماز کام آئے گی، نہ روزہ، نہ حج، نہ زکوٰة، اگر کسی نے سیدی رسول اللہﷺ کی اس امانت ”پاک سرزمین “سے خیانت کی۔
اس پاکستان نے تو قائم رہنا ہی ہے، انشاءاللہ۔ اللہ تو صرف اس کی اشرافیہ کو موقعے دے رہا ہے کہ اپنے نصیب چمکا لیں۔
اس سے بڑا بد نصیب اور کون ہوگا کہ جس کو اللہ اس پاک سرزمین میں صاحب اختیار بنائے اور وہ پلید کتے کی طرح زبان لٹکا کر ہانپتا ہی رہے۔
ہمارا کام اذان دینا بھی ہے اور حجت تمام کرنا بھی۔ صاحب اختیار جلد اللہ کی عدالت میں پیش کیے جائیں گےاور وہ سب سے بہتر فیصلہ کرنے والا ہے

I have NEVER supported Salman Taseer. I have called his types as liberal secular beyghairats... who have always worked to destroy Islam from Pakistan. All my life I have fought against these rascals. Then how can anyone say that I am supporting Salman Taseer ? I have only asked a question from the Ulama - were sharia requirements fulfilled in his murder ? Is asking this question called Kufr or Gustakhi ? Astaghfurullah..

I have said that Mumtaz Qadri will get ajr for his good intentions inshAllah and Allah's rehmah will forgive him and he will be in afiat for his intentions. Is that called opposing him or abusing him ??

I told you before, this issue is NOT for the ordinary people to decide. Everyone is making a mistake here. From the govt to the Ulama to the media to the people.. ! In this chaos, our stance is the most balanced and firm according to Quran and Sunnah. pl read my Urdu comment once again.

Ilm is a fazal of Allah NOT a domain of the Mullah

There are many here who are asking that do I know more than the scholars on matters of deen ?

Well, I never claim to be a Mullah or Alim but only a humble Faqeer who has been blessed with Allah's fazal.

Let me give you 3 examples only:

1. Mufti Rafi Usmani has justified "Islamic banking" ! There are dozens of top Ulama from all sects who have given fatwas to support paper currency based, fractional reserve based so called "Islamic banking" ! In 2008, I did a full series by the name of Economic Terrorism and I totally destroyed these fatwas and rejected the concept that these are Islamic banks. This series created a great crisis for these Ulama BUT none of them could refute it. Many Ulama withdrew their fatwas in favor of Islamic banking but many kept going. NOT a single top alim of the country came to me and said that my analysis and opinion was wrong. They just went silent.... embarrassed.

2. I had a detailed sitting with Allama Khadim Hussain to discuss a legal case of blasphemy. Allama Khamdim was of the view that the person concerned had committed blasphemy. My view was that he has not done it. Allama Khadim Hussain brought fatwas of dozens of scholars in his support. I refused to accept them all and brought out the case details and presented to him. Once Allama Khadim Hussain himself saw the case as I explained to him, he went totally silent... shocked... ! He accepted that he was misled on the case and that fatwas of other scholars were wrong.. ! Then he gave his statement that Zaid Hamid sb, you are a true Syed as only a Syed can take such a stand against so many hostile Mullahs. Alhamdolillah.

3. Al Deoband Ulama are supporting Khawarij and have refused to call them as Khawarij, except one Mufti Rafi. I have alone taken on the entire Deoband Ulama and forcing them to declare TTP as Khawarij. Deoband Ulama respodned with fatwas of Kufr, being a Qadiani, Shia,Irani agent etc etc... BUT everyone knows that this faqeer Zaid Hamid is on truth and entire Deoband top Ulama are wrong.. ! Has anyone ever taken on Tariq Jameel in this countyr and exposed him as supporter of Khawarij ?? Just a few days ago, thousands of his folowers were calling me a Kafir and Qadiani just because I had asked MTJ to declare TTP as Khawarij. Who else can dare to challenge MTJ like this ??

When I was attacking the Khawarij from deoband, all the Barelvis were calling me an Ashiq e Rasul (sm). Today, when I gave my full analysis on MQ case, I suddenly become an enemy :))

All the 3 cases I have given above are only an example to show you that we live in complex dangerous times where our Ulama have failed to see the challenges of the modern world and almost all Ulama do NOT understand the English language which is the official language of the judicial and legal system, hence make terrible blunders in understanding how the system works.

For the last 9 years, alhamdolillah, I am doing this dangerous duty which NO alim or Jamaat has been able to do in the country. Today, when I give a slightly different view based on my own understanding of Quran and Sunnah, I suddenly become an enemy for both deobandis and Barelvis :-)


Lets wait for Allah's judgement. It is not that far now.. Allah who brought me out from the Saudi jail and protected me from a sure death penalty, against all the desires and wishes of the Kuffar, is the best of the protector and the best of the guardian. Alhamdolillah..

Since this issue involves Adab e Rasul (sm), we have to be super extra careful as idiots and fools can make Gustakh comments and commit huge sin without any knowledge and ilm.

There are nearly a million people on this page from every background. Some with knowledge, some ignorant, some wise, some fools, some friends, some khawarj and enemies.. !

Old members can see my frustration that even after 9 years, I am still explaining to people that Afghan Taliban are different from TTP or I am not against Deoband but against Khawarij only. Still people keep asking me the same question over and over again..

Often you see that I make a post against MQM and then people write comments that :why I am silent on MQM?? .. :))

With these levels of stupidity and insanity all around, how can I discuss most sensitive issue of Blasphemy laws, its Islamic narrative, its history, its authors, its uses and abuses, its legal and sharia interpretations, mistakes of our govt, blunders by scholars, existing practices and case studies, its clauses and ways and means to improve it??

Are you even qualified to discuss this in front of million people without creating an anarchy ??

It is obvious that without a sensible head, huge knowledge and a desire to learn, anyone entering this debate would only create total chaos, gustakhy and fasad for himself and for the millat.

If I am silent, that does NOT mean I support liberal secular Beyghairats point of view. Only an insane idiot would say this. It only means that I leave the matter of MQ in the hands of Allah (swt) as He is the best judge and most merciful.

I am NOT clear on many issues myself and need to discuss it further with scholars and hence cannot comment in ignorance. But I will not let anyone abuse him either... as he is with Allah (swt) now and has paid the price for his actions. He was a Muslim and it is the law of Sharia that when an ordinary Muslim is punished in Dunya for his mistake or crime, he is forgiven in Akhira and his tauba is accepted by Allah's mercy.

Allah is the most merciful and most benevolent. Please leave MQ in the mercy of Allah now and move on in the war we are fighting. Khawarij are at our doors and Mushriks are waiting to enter into our homes.. ! Political and economic anarchy is already destroying us from within. This is not the time to create more fasad and anarchy on issues which are way beyond your capacity and ilm to understand.

Today, I made two wall posts and multiple smaller comments on MQ, still members come and ask why I am not commenting on the issue. This is not just irritating, its outrageous. Pl read all my posts before you make sarcastic or ignorant comments. We have zero tolerance towards stupidity.

This issue has divided the while nation. Barelvis/Sufis are supporting Mumtaz Qadri. Deobandis and Salafis are against him. After that meeting, Allama Khadim Hussain clearly said that we will NEVER oppose me now because were were initially confused by the propaganda of deobandis.

Allama Khadim Hussain himself was not clear on many issues regaring certain case of Blasphemy. I cleared him on those and explained the sharia and legal issues. He was fully and finally satisfied where in the beginning even he was confused...

You see, I gave this example to show you that serious critical issues on deen which are mixed into legal system of Pakistan are so complex that our Ulama also need help to understand them properly.

Now if I speak the truth on Blasphemy laws, their application in the country, mistakes of scholars and how it is being misused and whether street justice is justified or not and under what conditions, then even the others will not be able to digest the blunder this nation is making and more chaos and confusion will begin..

As I said, this is an extremely sensitive issue which require extremely cool head, vast knowledge about laws and legal system of Pakistan and Sharia and a close circle of learned men to discuss it. Major mistakes are being made here, both by Ulama and by the government and the emotions are so high that sanity has gone out of the window.

My statement on Mumtaz Qadri case. Sensitive issues of Deen must only be debated by authentic scholars else its chaos

It is a established law of Sharia that it is Haraam for ordinary people to argue and debate about the sensitive issues of deen and it is Makrooh even for the scholars to do the same.. !

There are issues of deen which MUST be discussed by scholars within serious circles only. Public discussion only creates fitnah and fasad..

If we speak on a subject, it is for the khair. If we stay silent,it is for the khair. There are many things you will not be able to digest if we speak, so it is better to stay silent than creating fitnah and fasad.

There is a saying of Rasul Allah (sm) which advice leaders and opinion makers to "speak according to the aql and wisdom of the listeners" !

Those who trust us, will have no problem in understanding why I am silent on Mumtaz Qadri. Those who do not trust us, will never be satisfied and start a useless ignorant debate.

There are million Sharia issues in this case which require deep knowledge of Islamic law and their implementation. Emotions, sectarian bias, anger, rage.. are not the tools to pass any judgement on this sensitive issue.

Those who want to mourn his execution, should remember that when Ghazi Ilm Deen was hanged, Muslims of India DID NOT burn, loot or plunder the property of ordinary citizens. They took out his jinaza in peace and sent him to Allah (swt)'s mercy. Protest BUT DO NOT create anarchy, riots or fasad. Follow Sunnah in his janaza NOT angry rage and rioting.

Those who are celebrating his death should remember their own death for one day, they will meet Allah (swt) and He will decide about their actions in dunya.

Personally, I will stay silent on this issue and not pass any judgement without proper knowledge about the case. A man gets what his intention is and Allah is the best judge and the most merciful.

For all such sensitive religious issues, a Sharia court must decide according to Quran and Sunnah. Street justice, angry rage, violence and murders and fasad on media MUST be stopped.

We will continue our war against Khawarij and Mushriks. This issue is in the hands of Allah (swt).

In these times of war, JIhad and fitnah, if any Muslim scholar does not have firm and solid opinion on these 5 issues, then remember, he is a shaitan in the dress of a Momin.

We will discuss about destroying the Green donme and Rauza Pak later. Billion Muslims and Sayyadi Rasul Allah (sm) himself wants it as it is today and has been for 1400 years but, as I said, shall give you evidence later.

Such harsh words are not used for any other Kafirs... The reasons can be

1. Either these scholars are part of Khawarij.
2. Or they are afraid because many scholars have been killed once good Ulama gave fatwas against them.

In either case, an alim who is part of Khawarij or who is afraid is not worth his existence. Ulama e Haq are NEVER afraid, never compromise, never surrender..

When I ask them to call TTP as Khawarij, they call me a Kafir, Qadiani, Shia, Barelvi, agent... using most filthy language which their teachers have taught them :-) . I am NOT bothered :-) . Either they will declare TTP as Khawarij or I will wage a war against them.. No Mercy now...
