کیا آپ بھی کسی کے حصے کے بے وقوف ہیں؟

سوشل میڈیا پر ایک اودھم مچا ہے ۔ شائستہ اطوار لوگ بھی موجود ہیں مگر اکثریت ان کی ہے جنہیں دیکھ کر یقین ہو جاتا ہے واقعی ہر رہنما اپنے حصے کے بے وقوف ساتھ لے کر پیدا ہوتا ہے ۔ ہر قائد انقلاب کے حصے کے یہ بے وقوف سیاسی اختلاف پر ایک دوسرے کی عزت نفس کی دھجیاں اڑا دیتے ہیں اور اس بات پر قدرت رکھتے ہیں کہ برسوں کے تعلقات ایک لمحے میں ختم کر دیں ۔ یہ صرف اپنے اپنے رہنما کے حصے کے مجاور ہیں ۔ ان لشکریوں کو سوشل میڈیا پر چاند ماری کرتے دیکھتا ہوں تو ایک سوال دامن سے آن لپٹتا ہے : جس سیاست پر یہ لوگ پہروں ایک دوسرے کو گالیاں دیتے ہیں اس سیاست میں ان کا مقام کیا ہے؟ پاسِ وضع میں قلم بوجھل نہ ہو جاتا تو پوچھتا اس سیاسی نظام میں ان کی اوقات کیا ہے؟

ووٹ کو عزت دو ، تبدیلی آ رہی ہے اور روٹی کپڑا اور مکان سے لے کر قوم پرستی اور اسلامی انقلاب کے نعرے اپنے حصے کے بے وقوفوں کو مزید بے وقوف بنانے کی کوشش کے سوا کچھ نہیں ۔ روایتی سیاست کا طریق واردات تو آپ کو معلوم ہے ہی ذرا ان کی بات کر لیتے ہیں جن کا دعوی ہے وہ دوسروں سے اخلاقی طور پر برتر ہیں اور اعلی روایات رکھتے ہیں۔

چند گھرانے ہیں جنہوں نے اپنی بادشاہت قائم کر رکھی ہے ۔ دادو میں جتوئی اور پیروں کا گھرانہ ، جیکب آباد ، کندھ کوٹ کشمور میں جاکھرانی ، بجارانی اور مہر خاندان ہے ، سانگھڑ میں پگاڑا ، بالا میں مخدوم ، ٹھٹھہ اور بدین میں شیرازی اور مرزا ، تھر میں سید اور ارباب ، خیر پور میں سید اور وسان ، شکار پور میں مہر اور درانی اور نواب شاہ میں زردادی خاندان کی بادشاہت قائم ہے ۔ ڈیرہ غازی خان میں لغاری ، کھوسہ ، دریشک اور بزدار ، ملتان میں مخدوم ہی مخدوم یا بوسن، راجن پور میں گورچانی اور مزاری، مظفر گڑھ میں کھر ، جتوئی ، دستی اور قریشی ، رحیم یار خان میں گوریجے اور مخدوم، لودھراں میں کانجو ، بلوچ یا ترین ، جھنگ میں بھروانہ اور مخدوم ، خانیوال میں سید اور ہراج ، بھکر میں شوانی ، نوانی اور ڈھانڈلے اور گجرات میں چودھری اپنی اپنی ریاستوں کے بادشاہ ہیں ۔ بلوچستان میں اچکزئی ، رئیسانی ، بگتی ، مینگل اور زہری خاندان نے اپنے اپنی سلطنتیں بنا رکھی ہیں ۔ یہی حال کے پی کے کا ہے ۔

ان قبیلوں اور خاندانوں میں سے بھی ایک دو گھرانے ہیں جن کی بادشاہی ہے ۔ قبیلوں کے باقی لوگوں کو صرف خوش ہونے کی اجازت ہے اور وہ ایسے ہی بغلیں بجاتے ہیں کہ ہم اقتدار میں ہیں جیسے موجودہ حکومت میں تحریک انصاف والے بجاتے ہیں ۔ان گھرانوں کی آپس میں رشتہ داریاں بھی ہیں ۔ یہی الیکٹیبلز کہلاتے ہیں۔

پہلے یہ واردات صرف جاگیردار گھرانوں نے ڈالی ، اب عالم یہ ہے کہ پرویز خٹک خود وفاقی وزیر ہیں ، ان کے داماد عمران خٹک بھی رکن قومی اسمبلی ہیں ، ان کی قریبی عزیزہ نفیسہ خٹک اور بھتیجی ساجدہ بیگم بھی مخصوص نشستوں پر ایم این اے ہیں ۔ ان کے بھائی لیاقت خٹک کے پی میں وزیر ہیں ۔ ایک اور بھائی ابراہیم خٹک بچ گئے تھے انہیں بھی ایم پی اے بنوا دیا گیا۔ سعد رفیق اپنے بھائی سلمان رفیق اور اہلیہ غزالہ سمیت اسمبلیوں میں جلوہ افروز ہیں اور اسد عمر تبدیلی کے فضائل پڑھتے ہیں جب کہ ان کے بھائی جان محمد زبیر بیانیے کے فضائل کا ابلاغ کرتے پائے جاتے ہیں ۔ بھائی ایک جماعت میں ہوتا ہے بھابھی دوسری جماعت میں ، چچا تیسری جماعت میں اور پھوپھو جان چوتھی جماعت میں ۔ حکومت کسی کی بھی ہو اقتدار انہی گھرانوں میں رہتا ہے۔ ن لیگ کی حکومت میں ننھیال کا اقتدار ، پیپلز پارٹی کی حکومت مین ددھیال کا اقتدار اور تحریک انصاف کی حکومت میں سسرال کا اقتدار۔ ان کے حصے کے بے وقوف البتہ ایک دوسرے کے کپڑے پھاڑ رہے ہوتے ہیں ، گالیاں دے رہے ہوتے ہیں اور یہ اپنے اہل و عیال سمیت مزے کر رہے ہوتے ہیں۔

یہاں قیادتیں مشکوک وصیت پر وراثت میں منتقل ہوتی ہیں ۔ کسی کی دختر نیک اختر کسی قلم فروش کی لکھی تقریر سے چند جملے اچھے پڑھ لے تو گدا گران سخن دھمال ڈالنے لگتے ہیں رعایا کو مستقبل کی قیادت مل گئی اور کسی کا فرزند ارجمند اسمبلی میں رٹے ہوئے چار جملے دہرا دے تو اہل دربار دیوان لکھتے ہیں قوم کو ایک اور بھٹو مل گیا ۔

اے این پی ولی خان مرحوم کے گھر کی لونڈی ہے اور جے یو آئی مولانا فضل الرحمن کے گھر کی کنیز۔ ن لیگ نواز شریف کی ذاتی جاگیر ہے اور پیپلز پارٹی زرداری خاندان کی میراث ۔ پختونخواہ میپ محمود اچکزئی کا مال غنیمت ہے اور تحریک انصاف عمران خان کے لیے بنائے گئے بھان متی کے تازہ کنبے کی بہت ساری ریاستوں کے ان عالی جاہوں کا موسمی ’ کرش‘ ہے جو تاحکم ثانی عمران خان کی قیادت پر متفق ہو چکے ہیں۔

اس بندو بست پر سوال اٹھایا جائے تو جواب آتا ہے یہ موروثی سیاست تو امریکہ اور بھارت میں بھی ہے۔ بالکل ہے لیکن کیا کبھی کسی نے غور کیا کہ کس تناسب سے ؟ امریکی کانگریس میں6 فیصد ، بھارت میں اس وقت 18 فیصد جب کہ پاکستان میں57 فیصد ۔ سوال اب یہ ہے یہ جمہوریت ہے یا چند خاندانوں کے ہمیشہ اقتدار میں رہنے کا ایک شیطانی بندوبست جس میں دولت فیصلہ کن کردار ادا کرتی ہے؟

گلی محلے اور سوشل میڈیا پر ایک دوسرے سے الجھنے والا سیاسی کارکن کیا اس سوال پر بھی کبھی غور فرمائے گا کہ اس سیاسی بندو بست میں اس کی اپنی حیثیت کیا ہے ؟

ویسے ایک بات پوچھوں ، مارو گے تو نہیں ، کیا آپ بھی کسی کے حصے کے بے وقوف ہیں؟

سوشل میڈیا پر کام کرنے والے بچوں اور نوجوانوں سے میں خاص طورپر کہوں گا کہ اپنے نقطہء نظر کو ضرور بیان کریں، مگر اخلاقیات اور ادب کے دائرے میں رہ کر۔ اپنے قد سے زیادہ بڑی چھلانگیں نہ لگائیں۔
ہماری نقل نہ کریں۔۔۔
میری ڈیوٹی مختلف ہے۔ جب اللہ ڈیوٹی دیتا ہے تو مالک بھی وہ خود ہی ہوتا ہے۔

کل رات اسلام آباد میں سوشل میڈیا ایکٹوسٹ بلال خان کو قتل کردیا گیا۔ انتہائی افسوسناک امر کہ ایک 21 سال کا نوجوان اپنی جان سے گیا۔
اس کے نظریات کچھ بھی ہوں، سوچنے کی بات یہ ہے کہ اس 21 سالہ نوجوان نے کیوں اس قدر دشمنیاں پال لیں تھیں کہ کوئی اس کی جان کے درپے ہوگیا؟

جب سے سوشل میڈیا آیا ہے، ہر شخص کو آزادی ہے کہ جو چاہے، جس طرح چاہے، جس کے خلاف چاہے، جس کی حمایت میں چاہے، جو منہ میں آئے، کہتا پھرے۔۔۔
نوجوانوں کو یہ احساس نہیں ہوتا ہے کہ منہ سے نکالے ہوئے الفاظ یا سوشل میڈیا پر دیئے گئے کمنٹس کس قدر مہلک ہوسکتے ہیں۔

اگر کوئی شخص سوشل میڈیا پر کھل کر دشمنیاں بناتا ہے، تو پھر اس کو اس کے نتائج کیلئے بھی تیار رہنا ہوگا۔ چاہے آپ ملک کا دفاع کریں یا ملک دشمنی، جس کسی کو آپ بھڑکائیں گے، وہ مشتعل بھی ہوگا، جواب بھی دے گا اور حملہ بھی کرے گا۔

میں نے یہ بات خاص طور پر نوٹ کی ہے کہ میری دیکھا دیکھی بہت سارے نوجوانوں کو شوق پیدا ہوا کہ وہ بھی پاکستان کے دفاع میں یا اپنے نظریات کے پرچار میں انتہائی بیباکی اور جا رحانہ انداز میں اپنے سے کہیں زیادہ طاقتور دشمنوں کو للکار کر بھڑکا دیتے ہیں۔
میں نوجوانوں سے کہوں گا کہ ایسا نہ کریں۔۔۔

پاکستان کے دفاع میں جب میں نے یہ ڈیوٹی شروع کی تو اس وقت میری عمر 44 برس کی تھی۔ ساری زندگی کا تجربہ، مشاہدے اور علم کو اللہ کے فضل اور کرم سے سمجھداری اور حکمت کے ساتھ استعمال کرتے ہوئے اس اذان دینے کی ڈیوٹی کا آغاز کیا تھا۔
پھر بھی شدید مخالفت ہوئی، مقدمے بنے، جیل گئے، جان کو دائمی خطرہ رہتا ہے۔۔۔۔

آج جب میں 20-21 سال کے نوجوانوں کو ہماری نقل میں بغیر مرشد کی تربیت کے، بغیر علم کے، بغیر حکمت کے اور بغیر ظاہری اور روحانی طاقت کے، اور بغیر اللہ کی طرف سے اذن کے، اپنے قد سے بڑی چھلانگیں لگاتا دیکھتا ہوں، تو خوف آتا ہے کہ ان کا انجام بھی بلال خان جیسا نہ ہو۔

یاد رکھو! اللہ کی ڈیوٹی، اللہ اور اسکے رسولﷺ کی اجازت اور اذن سے ہوتی ہے۔ جب اللہ اجازت دیتا ہے تو حفاظت بھی فرماتا ہے، برکت بھی دیتا ہے، تاثیر بھی دیتا ہے، شرح صدر بھی عطا کرتا ہے، زبان بھی کھولتا ہے، کام بھی آسان کرتا ہے اور قوم کو پھر آپ کی بات بھی سمجھاتا ہے۔

ڈیوٹی دینے کا ہر ایک کو شوق ہے، مگر اس میں خود نمائی کا نفس غالب ہوتا ہے۔ لیڈر بننے کا شوق اخلاص کو آلودہ کرچکا ہوتا ہے۔ نہ اللہ کا فضل ہوتا ہے، نہ مالک کی جانب سے اذن۔
اپنی مرضی سے خواہشات نفس کے تحت، بغیر اللہ کی تائید کے، ڈیوٹی دینے کا انجام پھر فتنہ و فساد کی شکل میں ہی نکلتا ہے۔

بلال کی موت کا مجھے بہت افسوس ہے، مگر اس سے زیادہ بڑا افسوس اس بات کا ہے کہ اس بچے نے خود اپنے آپ کو اپنے ہاتھوں سے ضائع کردیا۔ نہ تربیت تھی، نہ ادب سیکھا تھا، نہ بات کرنے کا سلیقہ تھا، نہ علم تھا۔۔۔۔ صرف غم و غصہ تھا کہ جس کا اظہار اکثر انتہائی گستاخی اور بے ادبی کیا جاتا۔

In Jinaza of Bhutto, 25 people were present only. A village mullah led the prayers. NO international delegation or condolence. But Syria, Libya started to support Al-Zulfiqar terrorist org which was led by Bhutto's children. Nobody bothers about Bhutto in the Ummah today.

آج نہ نماز کام آئے گی، نہ روزہ، نہ حج، نہ زکوٰة، اگر کسی نے سیدی رسول اللہﷺ کی اس امانت ”پاک سرزمین “سے خیانت کی۔
اس پاکستان نے تو قائم رہنا ہی ہے، انشاءاللہ۔ اللہ تو صرف اس کی اشرافیہ کو موقعے دے رہا ہے کہ اپنے نصیب چمکا لیں۔
اس سے بڑا بد نصیب اور کون ہوگا کہ جس کو اللہ اس پاک سرزمین میں صاحب اختیار بنائے اور وہ پلید کتے کی طرح زبان لٹکا کر ہانپتا ہی رہے۔
ہمارا کام اذان دینا بھی ہے اور حجت تمام کرنا بھی۔ صاحب اختیار جلد اللہ کی عدالت میں پیش کیے جائیں گےاور وہ سب سے بہتر فیصلہ کرنے والا ہے

Allama Shabbir Ahmed Usmani was in deoband during Pakistan movement. But when it became clear to him Deoband are friends of Mushriks against Muslim, he resigned from Deoband and joined Quaid e Azam !
