ظلم‘‘، انصاف کے جنازے کو ہی کہتے ہیں۔۔۔

اگر کوئی بھی شخص اپنی آمدنی سے زائد اثاثے رکھتا ہے، تو یہ کافی ہے اس کو مجرم ٹھہرانے کیلئے۔

یہ مذاق بند کریں۔۔۔

جب سیدنا عمرؓ سے دو چادروں کے بارے میں سوال کیا گیا، تو یہ حقیقت میں ’’آمدنی سے زیادہ اثاثوں‘‘ کا ہی کیس تھا۔

سیدنا عمرؓ نے اسی لمحے اپنی ’’اضافی چادر‘‘ کا ثبوت پوری عدالت کے سامنے پیش کیا، اور اسی لمحے یہ کیس خارج بھی ہوگیا۔

اسلامی شرعی قوانین میں اور اس کے ساتھ ساتھ نیب کے قوانین میں بھی ’’آمدنی سے زائد اثاثے‘‘ رکھنا خیانت اور جرم تصور کیا جاتا ہے۔

جے آئی ٹی اور سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے کے بعد ضرورت ہی پیش نہیں آنی چاہیے تھی کہ نواز شریف کا مقدمہ نیب کی عدالت میں بھیجا جاتا۔ یہیں تو انصاف کا قتل ہوتا ہے۔۔۔۔

موجودہ حکومت کو بڑے وسیع پیمانے پر جرأت اور دلیری کے ساتھ قوانین اور ان کے نفاذ میں تبدیلیاں لانی ہونگی۔

نظام بھی غلیظ ہے، قوانین بھی فرسودہ ہیں، ان کے نافذ کرنے والے بھی خائن اور ڈاکو۔

تین برس ہوگئے ہیں نواز شریف کا مقدمہ حرام خور وکیلوں کے ذریعے لٹکتا ہی جارہا ہے، استغفراللہ۔۔۔

پاکستان میں ایک اور جو بہت بڑا ظلم ہے وہ یہ کہ وراثت کی تقسیم شریعت اور قانون کے مطابق نہیں کی جاتی۔

عدالتوں سے وراثت نامہ بنوانا بھی ایک ناممکن اور مہنگا امر ہے۔

وراثت نامے اب نادراکو جاری کرنے چاہئیں کہ جس کے پاس پورے خاندان کا ریکارڈ موجود ہوتا ہے۔

اگر ملک میں وارثت شرعی حقداروں کو قانون کے مطابق تقسیم ہونے لگے ،تو پورے معاشرے میں خوشحالی کا ایک نیا دور شروع ہوجائے گا۔ دولت چند ہاتھوں میں محدود رہنے کے بجائے معاشرے میں تقسیم ہونے لگے گی اور معاشرے کے کمزور طبقے، یتیموں اور بیواؤں پر ہونیوالا ظلم بھی بند ہوجائے گا۔

اسی طرح دستاویزات کی گریڈ 18 کے افسروں سے تصدیق کا غلامانہ نظام بھی فوری طور پر ختم ہونا چاہیے۔ ہر پاکستانی شہری، یا درخواست کنندہ خود ہی اپنے کاغذات کی تصدیق کرے۔ اگر جھوٹی تصدیق کرے تو خود نتائج کا ذمہ دار بھی ہو۔

ہمیں کشمیر، گلگت، بلتستان کو ملا کر ایک نیا صوبہ تو لازماً بنانا ہے، مگر جنوبی پنجاب کا صوبہ بنانے کی کوئی تُک نہیں ہے۔

اچھی طرح سمجھ لیں کہ عدل و انصاف اور ’’گڈ گورننس‘‘ نئے صوبے بنانے سے نہیں آتی، اچھے اور عادلانہ قوانین اور نیک اور صالح حکمرانوں کے ذریعے، ان کے نفاذ سے آتی ہے۔

جب ملک میں قوانین انگریز سامراج کے چھوڑے ہوئے ہوں، پولیس اور عدالتیں 1860 ء کے ظالمانہ نظام کے تحت چلیں، انصاف لینا ناممکن امر ہو، وکالت کا پیشہ جھوٹ بولنے کا دوسرا نام ہو، انصاف کیلئے عمر نوح، صبر ایوب اور خزانہ قارون درکار ہو، تو پھر جتنے مرضی صوبے بنالیں، ظلم ہی رہے گا۔۔۔۔

کیا کبھی ایسا ممکن ہے کہ ایک عام شخص عدالت سے مفت اور فوری انصاف لے سکے؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

کیا یہ ممکن ہے کہ وکیلوں کو ہزاروں لاکھوں روپے ادا کیے بغیر اور سالوں انتظار کے بغیر بھی انصاف مل جائے؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

جب ایسا ہوگا، تب ’’نیا پاکستان‘‘ بنے گا۔

پاکستان کے عدالتی نظام میں فرعونوں والا ظلم ہوتا ہے۔ جھوٹے مقدمے، جھوٹی گواہیاں، جھوٹی پولیس، جھوٹے وکیل، کمزور اور بزدل جج، ڈیڑھ سو سال پرانا گلا سڑا انگریزوں کا چھوڑا ہوا نو آبادیاتی قانونی نظام۔۔۔۔

اگر اس نظام کو تبدیل نہ کیا تو جو مرضی بکواس کرلیں، ’’نیا پاکستان‘‘ نہیں بنے گا۔

پاکستان کے عدالتی نظام کی سب سے شرمناک بات یہ ہے کہ یہاں نہ جھوٹے مقدمات قائم کرنے پر کسی کو کوئی سزا ہے، اور نہ ہی ججوں کو جھوٹے اور غلط فیصلے کرنے پر احتساب کا ڈر۔

بیس بیس جیل کاٹنے کے بعد بے گناہ اگر رہا ہو بھی جائے تو اس کو جیل میں رکھنے والے، مدعی، پولیس اور جج پھر بھی ناقابل گرفت۔

اسلامی عدالتی نظام میں کوئی وکیل نہیں ہوتے۔

مدعی براہ راست قاضی کے سامنے اپنا مقدمہ پیش کرتا ہے۔ جس کے خلاف مقدمہ ہوتا ہے اسے قاضی خود طلب کرتا ہے۔ آمنے سامنے دونوں کو بٹھاتا ہے، خود تحقیق کرتا ہے اور فیصلہ سنا دیتا ہے۔ کسی کا ایک روپیہ بھی خرچ نہیں ہوتا، ایک دن بھی ضائع نہیں جاتا۔

اسلامی نظام عدل میں زور صرف اس بات پر ہوتا ہے کہ اللہ کے قانون کے مطابق فوری طور پر عدل اور انصاف کیا جائے۔

قانونی پیچیدگیاں، مقدمے کے طریقہء کار، وکلاء کے دلائل اور کاغذی کارروائیاں، وجود ہی نہیں رکھتیں۔

مقصد فوری انصاف ہوتا ہے، نہ کہ کمائی اور کیس لٹکانا۔

انصاف کا حصول جب بھی کسی پیشہ ور طبقے کی کمائی کا ذریعہ بنے گا، اسی لمحے سے نظام عدل، نظام ظلم میں تبدیل ہوجائے گا۔

شرعی اعتبار سے وکالت کا پیشہ ہی حرام ہے، جیسے کہ بینکر کی سودخوری یا صحافی کے جھوٹ۔ یہ سارے پیشے شیطان کے ایجاد کیے ہوئے ہیں۔

آج کفر کا پورا نظام تین پیشوں پر کھڑا ہے۔ اگر ان پیشوں کی جڑ نکال دی جائے، تو کفر کا پورا نظام بھی دھڑام سے آگرے گا۔

-3 قلم فروش صحافی

ان تین پیشوں کے ہوتے ہوئے ملک میں کبھی شریعت نافذ نہیں ہوسکتی۔

 آج ہم نے آپ کو کچھ بہت ہی اہم باتیں سمجھانی ہیں۔ ذرا غور سے سنیں۔ تاکہ جو زندہ رہے حقیقت جان کے رہے، جو ہلاک ہو، حقیقت جان کر ہو۔

ہمیں پاکستان کے دفاع کی اذان دیتے ہوئے نو برس ہوچکے ہیں۔ اور اللہ کا فضل ہے کہ اس اذان کی برکت سے پاک فوج نے ایک ہاری ہوئی بازی پلٹ دی۔

پچھلے نو برس میں اس فقیر کی کہی ہوئی کوئی بات بھی اللہ نے غلط ثابت نہیں کی۔ چاہے وہ پانچویں نسل کی جنگ ہو، یا داخلی و خارجی دشمن۔

ہم نے نہ صرف اپنی قوم کو چوتھی اور پانچویں نسل کی جنگ سے آگاہ کیا، بلکہ سیاسی، معاشی، ابلاغی اور عسکری دہشت گردوں کو بھی بے نقاب کیا۔

چاہے سیاسی جماعتوں کی خیانت ہو، ایم کیو ایم کی دہشت گردی، اسفندیار اور اچکزئی کی غداری یا خارجی ملاﺅں کا فساد، ہم نے سب پر شدید حملے کیے۔

ہم نے میڈیا میں بیٹھی ”قلم فروش طوائفوں“ کے خلاف بھی اعلان جنگ کیا اور اپنے بدترین دشمنوں ہندو مشرکوں کی تمام سازشوں کو بھی بے نقاب کیا۔

ہم نے اس پاک سر زمین کی روحانی و نظریاتی اساس کو بھی از سر نو زندہ کیا اور بابا قائدؒ اور بابا اقبالؒ سے پھر سے قوم کو روشناس کرایا۔

ہماری اذان سے اللہ نے اس قوم اور اس پاک فوج میں زندگی کی ایک نئی روح پھونکی۔ فوج اور قوم کو متحد کیا۔ دشمن کے خلاف جوابی حملے کا آغاز ہوا۔

ہماری اس اذان، پاک سرزمین اور پاک فوج کیلئے سب سے مشکل ترین دور وہ تھا کہ جب زرداری ملک کا صدر، افتخار چوہدری قاضی، اور کیانی سپہ سالار تھا

ہم نے جب اذان دینا شروع کی تو پاکستان عملی طور پر عراق اور شام بننے کے قریب تھا۔ پاک فوج کے افسر وردی پہن کر جی ایچ کیو میں نہیں جاسکتے تھے

اللہ نے کرم فرمایا، اور نو سال کی شدید کٹھن تکبیر مسلسل کے بعد آج اللہ نے ہمیں اس مقام پر پہنچایا کہ دشمنوں کی سالوں کی محنت ضائع گئی۔

یہ سب باتیں آپ کو بتانے کا مقصد یہ نہیں ہے کہ آپ سے تعریف اور داد وصول کی جائے، استغفراللہ۔ نہ ہمیں آپ سے کچھ چاہیے، نہ آپ دے سکتے ہیں۔

مقصد یہ ہے کہ آپ کو ایک دفعہ پھر تاکید کرتے ہیں کہ ہماری باتوں کو سنجیدگی اور غور سے سنا کریں۔ اللہ ہمیں جو دکھاتا ہے، وہ آپ نہیں جانتے۔

ہماری شدید خواہش تھی کہ جنرل راحیل عین میدان جنگ میں قوم کو چھوڑ کر نہ جائیں۔ مگر اللہ کو شاید اب قوم کی مزید آزمائش اور سزا درکار ہے۔

جیسا کہ ہمیں خدشہ تھا کہ وہی ہوا۔ جنرل راحیل کے جاتے ہی اس پورے نظام میں بیٹھے سانپوں نے پوری شدت کے ساتھ اپنے پھن ایک مرتبہ پھر پھیلا لیے

جب عدلیہ انصاف سے گریز کرے، حکمران خائن و غدار ہوں، اشرافیہ بے شرم ہو، علمائے سو کی کثرت ہو،دشمن حملے کررہا ہو،توانجام بڑا دردناک ہوتا ہے۔

اکیلی فوج قوموں کی اجتماعی غلطیوں اور گناہوں کا کفارہ نہیں بن سکتی، نہ ہی ریاست کے دیگر خائن اداروں کا متبادل ہوسکتی ہے۔

میدان جنگ میں سپہ سالار تبدیل کرنا بذات خود ایک خطرناک عمل ہے۔ اس سے بڑھ کر تمام دیگر سالاروں کو بھی تبدیل کردیا گیا ہے۔

پاک فوج کی قابلیت اور اخلاص پر شبہ نہیں ہے۔ مگر ہر نئی قیادت کو اپنا محاذ سمجھنے میں طویل وقت لگتا ہے۔ دشمن اب اس کمزوری کو دیکھ چکا ہے۔

ہم ہر حال میں اپنی اذان دیں گے۔ پاک فوج اور پاک سرزمین کا دفاع کریں گے،مگر حقیقت یہ ہے کہ ہم کو اپنوں نے ہی بھیڑیوں کے ہاتھوں فروخت کردیا ہے

ہمارا فرض ہے کہ آپ کو خطرات سے وقت پر آگاہ کریں۔ اللہ نے اس قوم کیلئے خیر منظور کی ہوگی تو اس کی اشرافیہ ہماری اذان پر دھیان دے گی۔

اس ملک کی اشرافیہ ، چاہے وہ کسی بھی ادارے کی ہو، نے اللہ اور اسکے رسولﷺ سے خیانت کی ہے۔ اور ہمیں توبہ کے کوئی آثار نظر نہیں آرہے۔

ہم صاف بتا رہے ہیں کہ اب اس قوم پر شدید مشکلات اور آزمائشیں آئیں گی۔ جو اللہ کے کلام سے ٹھیک نہیں ہوتا، اس کیلئے پھر ہلاکو خان آتا ہے۔

ہمارا المیہ ہی یہ ہے کہ ہمارے پاس جو قابل لوگ ہیں وہ خائن اور غدار ہیں، جو مخلص ہیں وہ قابل نہیں۔ اور حکمران تو نہ قابل ہیں نہ مخلص۔

ان شاءاللہ، یہ پاکستان ہمیشہ قائم رہے گا، اس پر سایہ خدائے ذوالجلال اور سایہ سیدی رسول اللہﷺ ہے۔ مسئلہ پاکستان کا نہیں، پاکستانیوں کا ہے۔

اس ملک کے حکمران اور عدلیہ اپنا فیصلہ دے چکے ہیں۔ پاک فوج کی نئی قیادت ابھی اپنے آپ کو ہی سنبھال رہی ہے۔ اب اللہ کے فیصلے کا انتظار کریں۔

دشمن اپنی چالیں چل چکا ہے۔ اس قوم کو اندازہ بھی نہیں ہے کہ اسے کہاں اور کتنے میں فروخت کردیا گیا ہے۔ اب آزادی کا کفارہ خون سے دیا جائے گا۔

میں حکمرانوں اور دشمنوں کو پاک فوج میں تبدیلیوں سے خوشیاں مناتے دیکھ رہا ہوں۔ انہیں نوید ہو کہ دنیا و آخرت کا بدترین عذاب تمہارا مقدر ہے

کچھ بھی ہو،آپ نے مضبوط رہنا ہے۔حوصلہ نہ ہاریے گا۔نہ اللہ اور اسکے رسولﷺ نے ہمیں چھوڑا ہے،نہ ہی اللہ کبھی اس سبز ہلالی پرچم کو رسوا کرے گا۔

پاکستان اور پاک فوج کی تقدیر غزوہ ہند ہے۔ اس تقدیر کے راستے میں چاہے ملک کی اشرافیہ اور دشمن کتنے بھی روڑے اٹکائیں،اسے تو ہو کر ہی رہنا ہے

آنے والا وقت آزمائشوں اور مشکلات کا ہے۔ وہ بھوک اور قحط کا عذاب بھی ہوگا اور خوف اور دہشت گردی کا بھی۔ اب اس آگ سے ہمیں گزرنا ہی پڑے گا۔

It was around mid 2008, I think. We had launched our most passionate mission Takmeel e Pakistan on media. I was touring universaties in Karachi for lecture series "Pakistan aik Ishq, aik junoon" and I was also doing my emotional, patriotic and info war series BrassTacks on NewsOne tv. Our strongest narrative was introducing the term "Hindu Zionism" and "Ghazwa e Hind" into the mainstream national debate. Nation had started to notice our azaan, people were getting emotional and their hopes were being revived in the darkest period of our history after 1971.

We had become a serious threat for RAW and their war against Pakistan. Soon, Mufti Naeem was launched for Fatwas against me that I am a Qadiani etc .. they are on record and you can google them.

But we came out of that fierce attack, alhamdolillah. Now RAW sends the honey trap ! :-)


I receive a call from Mir Ibrahim of Geo, MIR, as he is called. Dr. Shahid Masood had left Geo and his top slot was vacant. MIR invited me to Karachi. I was given a VIP reception. Stayed in Marriott and had a meeting with MIR in Geo's office in Karachi. Son of Javed Ahmed Ghamdi was also there. he worked in Geo. MIR offered me to join Geo. The package was indeed extremely lucrative. NewOne gave me 80K per month at that time. Geo offered at least 5 times of that, along with other perks. BUT there as a catch -- MIR clearly told me that I cannot use the term "Hindu Zionist" or "Ghazwa e Hind" on Geo. They would be willing to accept all my terms but I have to accept these two "minor" conditions !! The agreement was written and placed before me and I was asked to sign it... ! I asked them to increase the monthly package to 2.5 million and then see if I sign the agreement :-)


I told them, if I sign at 2.5 million per month, it means, my objection to joining Geo was only to increase my price. If I still refuse to sign despite the 2.5 million per month package, that means my objection is ideological and not any other financial or low motive. MIR was stunned ... ! His father Mir Shakeel is famously known to have said that all humans have a price.. you only have to pay the right one.. ! BUT, alhamdolillah, that day, he failed... I refused to sign and refused the top slot in Geo...

Tahir Khan was the owner of NewsOne. He knew that I have been invited by MIR and was frustrated and sad, as I was their flagship Tv analyst and the most watched analyst at that time. BrassTacks series was a ground shaking one and thousands of its CD's were being sold monthly... ! After refusing Geo, I came back to Newsone office and broke the story to Tahir khan. He almost fell off his chair in disbelief .... :-)
we continued the BrassTacks...

But MIR never left me alone. They were embarrassed at my refusal and had to hook me somehow. They had a task given by CIA/RAW and had to complete it at all cost. After few months, MIR came to Islamabad and invited me to coffee in Serena Islamabad. He desperately wanted me to come on board and leave NewsOne. I again refused. Finally,he offered me another opportunity, even though it was against the policy of Geo. He offered me a program on their youth Channel AAG while I was allowed to continue with my NewsOne program. This was unprecedented...

I gave them my terms.. the program would be on Iqbal :-)

MIR accepted. He was hoping that once I come on board geo group, soon, they would have me moved to Geo mainstream and my resistance to their demands would also decrease.

So, started the most romantic "revolution" as dear Ali Azmat called it -- this revolution will be televised :-)

For the first time in Pak history, Iqbal was made a passion for youth and his spiritual wisdom was brought forth.. This was the begining of the real revolution... real revivial of spiritual and emotional ideology called Pakistan ! The programs were block buster hits, rating higher than all the talks shows on all channels at that time...

We continued for 2 seasons... BUT I continued to refuse offers by Geo and also continued with my own program BrassTacks on NewsOne. Finally, Geo gave up. They lost. Iqbal Ka Pakistan was terminated and a full and final battle began between me and Geo group which continues to this day.... !

Geo did the same with Ahmed Qureshi..! He was taken from PTV, where he was doing patriotic programs and Geo hired him for a fat salary for many years BUT did NOT give him a program... ! Ahmed Qureshi was silenced through a honey trap. They tried the same with me also, but alhamdolilah, we used them instead to spread our ideology :-)

Allama Shabbir Ahmed Usmani was in deoband during Pakistan movement. But when it became clear to him Deoband are friends of Mushriks against Muslim, he resigned from Deoband and joined Quaid e Azam !
