پچھلی نگران حکومت زرداری اور نواز شریف نے بنائی تھی، کیا ہم پھر اس بات کی اجازت دے سکتے ہیں کہ نگران حکومت نون لیگ اور پیپلزپارٹی کی مشاورت سے بنے؟؟؟ ہرگز نہیں!!!
اب سپریم کورٹ اور فوج کو مل کر نگران حکومت بنانا ہوگی، نگران حکومت صفائی کرے گی، کڑا احتساب کرے گی، اٹھارویں صدی کے قوانین کو ہٹا کر اکیسویں صدی کے مطابق وہ قوانین بنائے گی کہ جو پاکستان کو اس نئے زمانے میں آگے لے جانے میں مدد دیں، ایک ایسا نظام تشکیل دیا جائے گا جو پاکستان کو اس عروج پر لے جانے میں مدد دے گا کہ جو اس مدینہ ثانی کی تقدیر میں لکھ دیا گیا ہے۔ اور اس سب کام کو کرنے کیلئے نگران حکومت کو دو سال کا عرصہ درکار ہوگا۔
تحریک انصاف کو چاہیئے کہ اب ڈاکٹر عاصم، ایان علی اور عزیر بلوچ جیسوں کو بھی اسی قسم کی JIT کے سامنے لا کر عوام کو ان خون چوسنے والے کیڑوں سے نجات دلانے میں اپنا کردار ادا کرے۔
جن حضرات کا یہ خیال ہے کہ عمران خان کو ایک چانس ملنا چاہیئے وہ اس بات پر بھی ذرا غور کریں کہ تحریک انصاف باقاعدہ کوئی سیاسی جماعت نہیں اور عمران خان کے بغیر تحریک انصاف کچھ بھی نہیں، جیسے باقی کی دو بڑی سیاسی جماعتوں پر دو خاندان مسلط ہیں ویسے ہی عمران خان کے بغیر تحریک انصاف بھی کچھ نہیں ہے۔
اس وقت ملک دیوالیہ ہونے والا ہے، ہمیں لوٹا ہوا مال واپس لانا ہے، کرپشن کرنے والوں کا کڑا احتساب کرنا ہے، نظام کی خرابیوں کو درست کرنا ہے، تبھی ہم الیکشن میں جانے کے قابل ہو پائیں گے۔
نظام کی تبدیلی کے بنا، الیکشن میں جانا نیا فساد پیدا کرے گا، یہ مسئلے کا حل نہ ہوگا بلکہ اس طرح الیکشن میں چلے جانا نئے مسائل کو جنم دے گا۔

جب ہم نظام خلافت راشدہ کی بات کرتے ہیں تو یہ ذہنی معذور یہ تک نہیں جانتے کہ خلافت راشدہ اور نظام خلافت راشدہ میں کیا فرق ہے؟
فوراً ہی احمقانہ سوالات داغنے شروع کردیتے ہیں، خلیفہ کون ہوگا؟ کس فرقے سے ہوگا؟ کونسا مسلک نافذ کیا جائے گا؟ خلیفہ کا انتخاب کون کرے گا؟
ان تمام افراد کو کہ جو نظام خلافت راشدہ کے بارے میں شک کا شکار ہیں ہم تاکید کریں گے کہ ہماری کتاب ”خلافت راشدہ“ کا مطالعہ کریں۔
نظام خلافت راشدہ کا مقصد پاکستان کو اسلامی فلاحی ریاست بنانا ہے جس میں ہر فرد کی جان،مال وعزت محفوظ ہوگی۔ اس کا مسلک سے کیا تعلق ؟
نظام خلافت راشدہ کا مطلب ہے کہ حکمران نیک اور محب وطن ہوں، عوام کی فلاح کا خیال کریں، اللہ اور اسکے رسولﷺ کے آگے جوابدہ ہوں۔
حضرت علیؓ نے جو خط مالک اشتر کو لکھا تھا، وہ نظام خلافت راشدہ کی شاندار ترین مثال ہے۔ اس خط میں کونسی فرقہ وارانہ یا مسلکی بات تھی؟
پچھلے دنوں ہم نے نوجوانوں کے ایک گروہ سے سوال کیا۔ اگر آپ کے سامنے سور کا گوشت، کتے کا گوشت یا مردہ مرغی رکھی جائے تو آپ کیا کھائیں گے؟
کیا آپ یقین کریں گے کہ ہمارے سوال کے جواب میں تقریباً تمام ہی نوجوانوں نے کہا کہ وہ مردہ مرغی کھا لیں گے۔ انا للہ و انا الیہ راجعون۔
یہی ہماری قوم کا المیہ ہے، حرام و حلال کی تمیز مکمل طور پر ختم ہوچکی ہے۔ حلالی اور حرامی کی تمیز بھی مٹ چکی ہے، اور قوم حرام پر راضی ہے۔
جب بتایا جاچکا ہے کہ جمہوریت حرام ہے،مارشل لاءمسئلے کا حل نہیں، تو پھر بھی اس سوال کا کیا مطلب ہے ”تو پھر ہم کیا کریں....؟“
کچھ مسخرے کہتے ہیں کہ جمہوریت کو ایک چانس اورملنا چاہیے کہ ابھی عمران کو باری نہیں ملی۔ کیا پاکستان کوئی کرکٹ میچ ہے کہ سب باری لینگے؟
دشمن ہم پر کھلی جنگ مسلط کرچکا ہے،جمہوریت قوم کیلئے بدترین ”انتقام“ ثابت ہوئی ہے، پھر بھی یہ ظالم کہتے ہیں جمہوریت ڈی ریل نہیں ہونی چاہیے
پاناما فیصلے نظر آرہا ہے کہ حکومت فارغ ہونیوالی ہے۔ صدر سمیت تمام پارلیمان کو فارغ کرکے نئی عبوری حکومت اور عبوری صدر فوری لایا جائے۔
پاکستان کو ایک نیشنل سیکورٹی کاﺅنسل کی ضرورت ہے،جس میں فوج اور نئی سول عبوری حکومت بیٹھے۔ سربراہ ملک کا نیا طاقتور صدر ہو۔
یہ نیشنل سیکورٹی کاﺅنسل، سول اور فوج ملکر، عبوری حکومت کے دور میں سخت ترین احتساب کرتے ہوئے تمام سیاسی جماعتوں کو حرام خوروں سے پاک کرے۔
عبوری حکومت اور نیشنل سیکورٹی کاﺅنسل ملک میں نئے صدارتی نظام، نئے انتخابی طریقہ کار اور نئے سیاسی عمل کیلئے پورے نظام کا ڈھانچہ تبدیل کرے
اس پورے نظام کو تبدیل کرنے اور ملک کو استحکام بخشنے کیلئے عبوری حکومت اور نیشنل سیکورٹی کاﺅنسل کو کم از کم دو سال کا عرصہ درکار ہے۔
دو سال کے اندر یہ عبوری حکومت اور نیشنل سیکورٹی کاﺅنسل ملک کو مستحکم کرے گی، احتساب کرے گی، پھر سیاسی عمل کو دوبارہ جاری کیا جاسکتا ہے۔
نیا نظام صدارتی ہو، پوری قوم صدر کا انتخاب کرے جیسے ایران یا امریکہ میں ہوتا ہے۔ صدارتی امیدواروں کا انتخاب فوج اور سپریم کورٹ کرے۔
کیا پاکستان کے بیس کروڑ عوام میں سے ہمیں 100 ایسے محب وطن، قابل اور صاف ستھرے لوگ نہیں ملیں گے کہ جن سے عبوری حکومت قائم کی جاسکے؟
کیا بیس کروڑ عوام میں ہمیں 5 ایسے قابل، مدبر، سنجیدہ، صاحب علم اور صاحب نظر افراد نہیں ملیں گے کہ جن سے ملک کے صدر کا انتخاب کیا جاسکے؟
منتخب صدر فوج و سپریم کورٹ کے مشورے سے ٹیکنوکریٹک حکومت قائم کرے، این ایس سی اس بات کی ضامن ہوگی کہ تمام فیصلے سول و فوج کی مرضی سے ہوں
پاکستان جمہوری و فوجی حکومتیں دیکھ چکا۔ اب وقت ہے کہ فوج کو حکومت میں آئینی حصہ دے کراین ایس سی کے ذریعے سول.فوجی نظام حکومت بنایا جائے
پاکستان کو اپنے سیاسی نظام کو از سر نو جدید خطوط پر دوبارہ تخلیق کرنا ہے۔ قائداعظمؒ نے بھی صدارتی نظام کے حق میں اپنا فیصلہ سنایا تھا
اس کام کو کرنے کیلئے مرد آزاد چاہیے۔ جمہوریت کے فرسودہ نظام اور انگریزوں کے غلاموں سے نہ یہ کام ہو گا اور نہ ہی وہ اس کو کرنا چاہتے ہیں
پاکستان کی تاریخ یہ ثابت کرچکی ہے کہ نہ تو سیاستدانوں کو مادر پدر آزادی دی جاسکتی ہے، نہ فوج کو آمریت قائم کرنے کی اجازت۔
صدارتی نظام، نیشنل سیکورٹی کاﺅنسل، ٹیکنوکریٹک حکومت، غیر سیاسی پارلیمان کہ جس کے پاس مجلس شوریٰ کا اختیار ہو، مال بنانے کا نہیں۔
نئی پارلیمان ترتیب دی جائے گی۔ اس میں تمام قومی اداروں کی نمائندگی ہوگی۔ فیصلہ سازی میں بھوکی عوام نہیں بلکہ صاحب رائے لوگ شامل ہونگے۔
آج پارلیمان میں وہی لوگ ہیں جن کو جاہل اور بھوکی ننگی اکثریت ووٹ دے کر بھیجتی ہے۔ بھیجنے والے بھی جاہل اور اندر پہنچنے والے بھی خائن۔
(بھوکی ننگی قوم ووٹ کی لائن میں بیٹھی ہے۔)
پارلیمان کا کام صرف شوری اور قانون سازی کا ہوگا۔ کوئی ترقیاتی فنڈ ممبران پارلیمان کے پاس نہیں ہونگے۔ یہ ذمہ داری ہوگی نہ کہ کاروبار۔
اس نظام میں اہم ملکی فیصلے، چاہے خارجہ پالیسی ہویا قومی اداروں کے سربراہان مقرر کرنا ہوں، سب نیشنل سیکورٹی کاﺅنسل میں طے کیا جائے گا۔
صدر با اختیارہوگا، مگر مادر پدر آزاد نہیں۔ ٹیکنوکریٹ حکومت فوج کو ساتھ لے کر چلے گی، پارلیمان بھی ہوگی مگر سیاسی جماعتوں سے پاک۔
پاکستان کے سیاسی نظام میں جتنی بھی خرابیاں ہیں، ملوکیت، خاندانی قبضے ، کرپشن ، سول ملٹری تصادم... سب کچھ اس نظام سے حل ہوجاتا ہے۔
پاناما کیس اب ایسے مقام پر آچکا ہے کہ جس کے بعد حکومتوں کو تحلیل ہی ہونا ہے، اور نئے انتخابات سے قبل عبوری حکومت نے بننا ہی ہے۔
اب فوج اور سپریم کورٹ کو یہ فیصلہ کرنا پڑے گا کہ وہ اسی کینسر زدہ جمہوریت کو چلانا چاہتے ہیں یا سیاسی نظام کومستقلاً ٹھیک کرنا چاہتے ہیں
اگر فوج اور سپریم کورٹ آج اپنی ذمہ داری کو پورا نہیں کرتے تو کل جب یہ ملک و قوم جلے گی، تو فوج اور سپریم کورٹ بھی اس کے ساتھ ہی جلے گی۔
آج اختیار و طاقت سپہ سالار اور چیف جسٹس کے ہاتھ میں ہے۔ جمہوریت کی غلاظت پوری طرح ابل کر باہر آچکی ہے۔وقت ہے کہ اس کو دفن کردیا جائے۔

Zardari & NS should be hanged side by side for passing the 18th amendment which turned Pakistan from a Federation into Confederation. Why we don't hear any parliamentarian, politician or even TUQ/IK talking about this simultaneous upsurge in all AfPak-ColdStart-4Genwar. It is NOT about just condemning these attacks, it is about understanding the bigger game of annihilating Muslim lands through 4thGenWar. Now, with US signing the BSA in Afghanistan & Modi in India & total political chaos in Pakistan, the end game of creating the failed state has begun. 4GW

They ask what is army doing about this? I ask them "what should army do when PM, Judiciary, media & parliament are compromised? Tell me.

The hatred between Salafis & Shias has allowed the CIA/Mossad to deploy this fault line as a strategic weapon of war within Muslim lands. Both Iran & Saudi Arabia has gone to such extremes in destroying each other that both have no hesitation taking help from US in ME wars.
