اب آر یا پار ہے۔۔۔ یا یہ مارے جائیں گے، یا تبدیلی سرکار!!!

میں صاف اور انتہائی سخت بات کروں گا، کیونکہ اب مصلحت اور احتیاط کا وقت گزرچکا ہے۔
اگر واضح سچ کی اذان نہ دی تو ملک و قوم و ملت کا بہت بڑا نقصان ہوجائے گا۔ ہم تباہ ہی اس لیے ہورہے ہیں کہ خوف و مصلحت و خوشامد نے زبانیں بند کی ہوئی ہیں۔

صاف بتارہے ہیں کہ اگر وزیراعظم عمران خان نے معاشی دہشت گردوں کے سروں کو سختی سے نہ کچلا تو اب حالات ایسے موڑ پر آچکے ہیں کہ جب یہ مافیا اور معاشی دہشت گرد خود عمران کو حکومت سے ہٹانے یا قتل کرانے کی سازشیں شروع کراچکے ہیں۔
اب آر یا پار ہے۔۔۔ یا یہ مارے جائیں گے، یا تبدیلی سرکار!!!

کیسی عجیب بات ہے؟ لوگ ریاست مدینہ بھی بنانا چاہتے ہیں اور شریعت کو بھی نافذ نہیں کرنا چاہتے۔۔۔
کسی وجہ سے شریعت میں چور کی سزا ہاتھ کاٹنا مقرر کی گئی ہے۔۔۔ راہزنی اور ڈاکوؤں کی سزا تو ہاتھ پاؤں مخالف سمتوں سے کاٹ کر سولی چڑھا دینا ہے۔
ذرا سوچیں تو سہی۔۔۔ کیوں؟

ہم ایک ایسے دین کے ماننے والے ہیں کہ جس کی بنیاد ہی صداقت اور امانت پر ہے۔ سیدی رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا مفہوم:” جس نے مسلمانوں کو دھوکہ دیا وہ امت سے ہی خارج ہے۔“
جس دین میں خون کا بدلہ خون، چوروں کی سزا ہاتھ کاٹنا اور ڈاکوؤں کی سزا سولی چڑھانا ہو، اس کے ماننے والوں کا وہ حال ہوتا ہے کہ جو آج ہمارا ہے۔۔۔؟

اللہ اور اسکے رسولﷺ کی شریعت سے مذاق کرکے، اللہ اور اسکے رسولﷺ سے اعلان جنگ کرکے، ریاست مدینہ بنانا تو دور کی بات، اسی موجودہ ریاست کو بچا ہی لیں تو بڑی بات ہے۔
وہ تو اللہ کا کرم ہے اس پاک سرزمین پر، ورنہ جس طرح سود اور رباء کا نظام یہاں قائم ہے، شریعت کی دھجیاں اڑائی جارہی ہیں، سزا تو سخت بنتی ہے!!!

یاد ہے الیکشن سے پہلے کس سختی سے یہ فقیر قوم کو نصیحت کررہا تھا کہ اسی نظام کے اندر رہتے ہوئے الیکشن نہ کراؤ۔ ”پہلے احتساب، پھر انتخاب“ کی بات کی تھی۔
خود عمران سے کہا تھا کہ اسی نظام میں حکومت حاصل کر بھی لی تو رسواء ہوجاؤ گے۔
آج کیا ہورہا ہے؟

آج ہمارا پورا خطہ ایک نئی جنگ کی آگ میں بھڑکنے جارہا ہے۔ جنگ ظاہراً تو امریکہ اور ایران کے درمیان ہونے جارہی ہے، مگر اس کا اصل ہدف پاکستان ہے۔
معاشی تباہی سے لیکر بدترین سیاسی انتشار تک، داخلی دہشت گردی اور بیرونی جارحیت۔۔۔ سب ایک ساتھ پاکستان پر مسلط ہونے جارہے ہیں۔

ہمیں ایسا حکمران چاہیے تھا کہ جو نتائج کی پرواہ کیے بغیر ملک و قوم و دین کے معاملے میں کسی کا لحاظ نہ کرتا۔ مگر افسوس کہ یہ حکومت بھی مصلحتوں، منافقتوں اور خوف کا شکار ہے۔ نا اہل وزراء، نا عاقبت اندیشی، اور کفر کے نظام کی غلامی نے ناممکن کرکے رکھ دیا ہے کہ کوئی آزاد اور دلیرانہ فیصلے کیے جاسکیں۔

عمران کے پاس بھی یہ آخری چانس ہے، اور زیادہ وقت بھی نہیں ہے۔
ابھی بھی وقت ہے صدارتی آرڈیننس کے ذریعے معاشی ایمرجنسی لگا کر ملک کے 100 بڑے معاشی دہشت گردوں کے تمام اثاثے ضبط کرکے انہیں سولی چڑھا دیا جائے۔ اگر بھٹو یہ کام کرسکتا ہے تو عمران کیوں نہیں۔۔۔؟

پاکستانی قوم یہ بات بہت اچھی طرح سمجھ لے کہ یہ صرف عمران کو آخری چانس نہیں ملا، یہ پوری پاکستانی قوم کو آخری چانس دیا گیا ہے۔ اگر ابھی بھی توبہ نہیں کی، تو پھر نہ یہ عدلیہ بچے گی، نہ نظام بچے گا، نہ سیاست بچے گی، اور سچی بات تو یہ ہے کہ نہ یہ عوام بچے گی۔۔۔!
کہ سخت ہے فطرت کی تعزیریں۔۔۔

ہم نے بار بار کہا ہے کہ ملک کو ایک ’’معاشی مارشل لاء‘‘ کی ضرورت ہے۔ یہ معاشی دہشت گرد، اس انگریزوں کے بنائے ہوئے نظام کے ذریعے کبھی بھی لوٹی ہوئی دولت نہیں اگلیں گے۔ ان کے پیٹ چیر کر، حلق میں ہاتھ ڈال کر، یتیموں، بیواؤں اور مسکینوں کی دولت نکالنی ہوگی

بزرگ فرماتے ہیں کہ ظالموں پر رحم کرنا، مظلوموں پر ظلم کرنا ہے۔
آج اس قول کی واضح ترین مثال ہمارے معاشرے میں ہمیں نظر آتی ہے۔
ظالم، سفاک ڈاکو اور خائن حکمران اربوں کھربوں ہڑپ کرکے بھی اس ناپاک نظام کو استعمال کرکے بچے ہوئے ہیں، جبکہ حکومت اپنا خرچ چلانے کیلئے یتیموں کا خون نچوڑ رہی ہے۔

پورے ملک کو پتہ ہے، نیب کو پتہ ہے، حکومت کو پتہ ہے، عدلیہ کو پتہ ہے، فوج کو پتہ ہے، میڈیا کو پتہ ہے۔۔۔۔ کہ کون کون ڈاکو ہے اور کس نے کتنے ہڑپ کیے ہیں۔
پھر بھی ایک روپیہ بھی ان چوروں سے برآمد نہیں کیا گیا، بلکہ پہلے سے ہی بھوکے ننگے عوام پر مزید ٹیکس لگائے جارہے ہیں۔

ایک دن کا کام ہے، ان بڑے بڑے حرام خوروں سے 20-25 ارب ڈالر نکلوانا۔ مگر چونکہ نہ حکومت میں جرأت ہے، نہ نظام سا تھ دے گا، لہذا آسان اور ذلت آمیز راستہ اختیار کیا جارہا ہے کہ یہودیوں سے بھیک مانگ کر قرض لیا جائے اور قوم کا خون نچوڑا جائے۔
تف ہے، تف ہے۔۔۔

جس رفتار پر حکومت چل رہی ہے، اس میں لوٹی ہوئی دولت، اگر نکالی بھی جاسکے، تو کئی برس لگیں گے۔ اس وقت تک ملک و ملت و قوم کی عزت و ناموس کا جنازہ نکل ہوچکا ہوگا۔
’’معاشی دہشت گردی‘‘ کا مقابلہ صرف ’’معاشی مارشل لاء‘‘ سے کیا جاسکتا ہے۔

یہ حقیقت ہے کہ جب تک اس جمہوریت کا عذاب اس ملک و قوم پر مسلط رہے گا، قرض، مسکنیت، بھوک اور خوف کا عذاب بھی اس قوم پر نافذ رہے گا۔
نہ ہم توبہ کرنا چاہتے ہیں، نہ اللہ ہمیں اس خوف و بھوک کے عذاب سے نکالے گا۔

ہماری بھی ضد ہے کہ ہم نے اسی گلی سڑی جمہوریت کی لاش کو گھسیٹنا ہے، اور لاش کی ضد ہے کہ اس نے گھسٹنا نہیں۔
نہ مردہ گھوڑا گاڑی کھینچ سکتا ہے، نہ یہ جمہوریت ’’نیا پاکستان‘‘ بنا سکتی ہے۔
صرف عقل کے اندھے اور باؤلے ہی اس بات کو نہیں سمجھ سکتے۔۔۔!

کام کرنے کیلئے صالح افراد، قابلیت کے حامل اور صراط مستقیم پر چلنے والے چاہیے ہوتے ہیں۔
یہاں تو اکثریت خبیث حکمران ہیں، جہالت کے پہاڑ، گمراہی اور غلاظت میں ڈوبے ہوئے۔
غلیظ اور طیب کی تمیز ہی ختم ہوچکی ہے۔

جب مافیا ملک سے لوٹ کر ڈالر باہر لے جانا چاہتا ہے تو مصنوعی طور پر اس کی قیمت کو انتہائی درجے تک گرا دیا جاتا ہے۔ جب باہر سے ڈالر لانے ہوتے ہیں تو ڈالر کو انتہائی مہنگا کردیا جاتا ہے تاکہ باہر سے پیسا لانے والا یہاں بھی کروڑوں اربوں کماسکے

31 جولائی کے قریب ڈالر کیوں اچانک اتنی تیزی سے نیچے کی جانب گرا؟ الیکشن میں پی ٹی آئی کی کامیابی کا اس میں ضرور دخل ہے، مگر ایک بہت بڑی وجہ جو نظرانداز کی جارہی ہے وہ یہ ہے کہ 31 جولائی کو کالا دھن سفید کرنے کی آخری تاریخ بھی تھی۔

جب پچھلی حکومت نے چوروں کی حرام کی کمائی کو حلال کرنے کیلئے یہ اسکیم شروع کی تو اسکے مطابق یہ چور صرف ڈھائی فیصد تک ٹیکس ادا کرکے ملک سے باہر چھپائی گئی آمدنی کو ملک میں لا سکتے تھے۔ اسی لیے ڈالرکو مصنوعی طورپر 130 روپے تک لے جایا گیا تاکہ ٹیکس ادا کرنے کے باوجود بھی بھاری منافع کمایا جاسکے۔

جب مافیا ملک سے لوٹ کر ڈالر باہر لے جانا چاہتا ہے تو مصنوعی طور پر اس کی قیمت کو انتہائی درجے تک گرا دیا جاتا ہے۔ جب باہر سے ڈالر لانے ہوتے ہیں تو ڈالر کو انتہائی مہنگا کردیا جاتا ہے تاکہ باہر سے پیسا لانے والا یہاں بھی کروڑوں اربوں کماسکے۔ 31 جولائی کو اس سکیم کے ختم ہوتے ہی ڈالر واپس نیچے کی جانب آنے لگا۔

یعنی ان چوروں اور ڈاکوﺅں نے کالا دھن سفید کرنے کے دوران بھی اربوں کمائے۔ اس مافیا میں سیاسی ڈکیت بھی شامل ہیں اور منی ایکسچینجرز بھی۔ ڈالر کے اوپر یا نیچے جانے کا نہ تو حکومت نے ریٹ طے کیا تھا، نہ سٹیٹ بینک نے، بلکہ قومی اور بین الاقوامی مافیا اپنی مرضی سے معیشت کے بخیے ادھیڑ رہی تھی۔

پاکستان کو اس وقت ایک ایسی حکومت کی ضرورت ہے کہ جو ملک میں موجود ان معاشی دہشت گردوں کا سفاک ترین احتساب کرکے لوٹے گئے 200 ارب ڈالر برآمد کرے۔ اس میں سے کثیر رقم تو غیر ملکی بینکوں میں ہے، مگر ایک بہت بڑی رقم ان حرام خوروں کے گھروں کے تہہ خانوں میں دفن ہے، جیسا کہ کوئٹہ میں فنانس سیکرٹری کے گھر سے برآمد ہوئے تھے۔

مہاتیر محمد نے حکومت میں آنے کے 15 دن کے اندر اندر تمام بڑے بڑے وزراءاور سرکاری افسروں کو نہ صرف اندر کیا بلکہ ان کے گھروں پر بھی چھاپے مارے اور اربوں ڈالر کے کرنسی نوٹ اور سونا برآمد کیا۔ پاکستان میں اب یہی کرنا پڑے گا۔
غیر ملکی قرضے لینے پر اب مکمل پابندی ہونی چاہیے۔ اب ہمارا ذریعہ آمدنی لوٹی ہوئی دولت برآمد کرنا ہے۔

ان سارے حرام خوروں کی ایک خاص بات یہ ہوتی ہے کہ یہ دو تھپڑ بھی برداشت نہیں کرسکتے، دو دن بھی جیل کی تاریک کوٹھریوں میں نہیں گزار سکتے۔
جہاں ملک کی بقاءاور سلامتی کا معاملہ ہو اور واسطہ ان معاشی دہشت گردوں سے تو رحم کھانے کی کوئی ضرورت نہیں ہے۔ اگر زرداری کے ناخن کتر کر بیس ارب ڈالر ملتے ہیں، تو سستا سودا ہے۔

دوسری جانب نواز شریف تو پہلے ہی ڈیل کرنے کیلئے منتیں ترلے کررہا ہے۔ یہ جیل میں رہے یا جیل سے باہر، ہمارے پچاس ارب ڈالر واپس کرے، اقرار جرم کرے، اپنے ساتھ شامل دوسرے چوروں کے نام بتائے، بھارت کے ساتھ ملکر کی گئی پاکستان کے خلاف سازشوں کے راز کھولے، کھلبوشن کو گالی بکے، پھر بے شک جائے جہنم میں۔۔۔

مسلم لیگ ن کے ڈاکوﺅں کیلئے یہ زندگی اور موت کا مسئلہ ہے کہ پنجاب حکومت ان کے ہاتھ سے نہ جائے۔ اگر پنجاب میں پی ٹی آئی کی حکومت آگئی تو پچھلے تیس سال کے سارے فراڈ اور ڈاکے اس طرح کھل کر سامنے آئیں گے کہ جیسے بند گٹر ابلتا ہے، اور پھر پوری ن لیگ پھانسی چڑھائی جائے گی۔

ہم انتخابات کے مخالف تھے، کہ پہلے احتساب کرکے کمینوں کو انتخاب سے باہر کردیں اور لوٹی ہوئی دولت وصول کرلیں۔
اب جبکہ انتخاب ہوچکے ہیں تو ہم ہر حال میں کوشش کریں گے کہ مرکز اور پنجاب میں پی ٹی آئی کی حکومت بنے تاکہ احتساب کے عمل کو انجام تک پہنچایا جاسکے۔

جیسا کہ ہم نے پہلے بھی کہا تھا کہ کمینوں اور ڈاکوﺅں کو انتخابات سے باہر نہ رکھنے کے نتیجے میں اب ہمارا کام انتہائی مشکل ہوچکا ہے۔ دھائیوں کی جہالت، غربت اور غفلت کی وجہ سے اسی عوام نے پنجاب میں بڑی تعداد میں انہی حرام خوروں کو پھر ووٹ دیئے ہیں۔ حکومت سازی اب ایک مشکل امر ہے۔

ملکی تاریخ کے اس نازک موقع پر سپریم کورٹ اور پاک فوج کو اب کھل کر معاشی دہشت گردی کے خلاف اعلان جنگ کردینا چاہیے۔ انتخابات کا نتیجہ قوم کی امیدوں کا عکاس ہے۔۔۔ ہم کو چوروں اور ڈاکوﺅں سے پاک پاکستان چاہیے۔
اس میں بھی کوئی شبہ نہیں کہ پی ٹی آئی تنہا یہ کام ہرگز نہیں کرسکتی۔

صرف زرداری اور نواز شریف اور ان کے چند قریبی ساتھی ملکر صرف ایک ہفتے کے بعد نقد پچاس ارب ڈالر دے سکتے ہیں۔ یہ رقم ہمیں ہر حال میں نکلوانی ہے، فوری نکلوانی ہے، چاہے اس کیلئے ان سب کو الٹا ہی کیوں نہ لٹکانا پڑے۔ نہ ہم دیر کرسکتے ہیں، نہ ان ظالموں پر رحم کیا جاسکتا ہے۔ ان پر رحم کیا تو قوم کے یتیموں پر ظلم ہوگا۔

جیسا کہ ہم نے پہلے بھی کہا تھا ”ہنوز دلی دور است“۔۔۔
ہمارے لیے اس وقت سب سے بڑا چیلنج مرکز میں مضبوط حکومت کا قیام ہے کہ جو فوری طور پر ممکن نظر نہیں آتا۔ ان چوروں اور ڈاکوﺅں کی بہت بڑی تعداد اسمبلی میں پہنچ چکی ہے کہ جو اربوں روپے لگا کر پاکستان کی تخریب کاری میں مصروف ہیں۔ پہلے ان سانپوں کو کچلنا ہوگا۔

پاکستا نی قوم کو ہم کہتے ہیں کہ یہ وقت آزمائش اور امتحان کا ہے۔ ابھی تو صرف انتخابات ہوئے ہیں، نہ حکومت بنی ہے، نہ وزیراعظم ملا ہے۔ ابھی تو میچ شروع ہوا ہے۔ آخری سیٹیں بجنے سے پہلے آگ و خون کا دریا عبور کرنا ہے۔ یہ ناچنے گانے اور پٹاخے پھوڑنے کا وقت نہیں ہے۔

Ruble has crashed 30% already within weeks. A trump card needed from Putin to checkmate US, else its over.

Putin is a proud nationalist. He will not surrender. He can hit back hard to EU by choking European gas supplies in winters, unnerving Europe. It is a gamble for Putin now. The war Pakistan is fighting today is radically different from the wars we fought in the past. Not just militarily, but also ideologically. In the previous wars, we fought against Hindus, Communists & even Jews in the Middle East. The religious high ground was always with the army.

This is the first war where the enemy is also apparantly Muslim, using the same Islamic narrative, using the same language & religious terms. Secondly, this war is being fought within the cities, masjids, schools, bazaars & in every segment of the society & the state, not on borders.

To fight this war, Pak Army needs not just total support from the entire society but also a strong religious narrative to counter the enemy. In fighting the Kuffar enemies, Pak Army never had the need to build a special religious narrative. It came naturally as enemies were Kafirs.
Militarily, Pak Army as a professional Muslim fighting force had never faced the serious crisis of facing an internal enemy using religion.

I had understood this crisis of the Pak Army way back in 2007 & went public on media to counter & destroy the religious narrative of TTP.
The fact is that Pak Army took a long time under Musharraf & Kayani to understand the religious axis of this 4th Gen War. We suffered a lot. Musharaf tried to counter this religious narrative of the Khawarij through a secular "enlightened moderation" ideology. He failed miserably.

Gen Kayani, never built a narrative and just tried to fight a reactive war through military means only. We took even more casualties..
During Kayani & Mush era, I did face extreme frustration as I built & deployed a strong religious narrative but army did not deploy it.

It is only under Raheel & Rizwan that we are seeing a strong & mature attempt at countering the enemies on both religious & military axis. Khawarij propaganda is reaching out to every segment of the society - students, armed forces, clergy. The counter attack must also be fierce.

This is where every Pak Muslim can join this war & fight back ruthlessly. Destroy the religious narrative of Khawarij & reclaim our faith!! Every Pakistani Muslim should take part in this Jihad against Khawarij.

A brief and quick analysis of today's Jalsa of Dr. Qadri.

A massive and strongly pro-Pakistan crowd indeed MashAllah with only Pakistan flags. This is great to see.

The demand that all clauses of the constitution should be applied in total is the correct one including article 62 and 63. This is a good step and we support it.

He did not say it openly but it is clear that he wants a caretaker setup to come into power now.

The demand that caretaker period can be extended beyond 3 months is also correct and explain the direction he plans to take.

He has promised to block the Martial law. Understandable.

He has praised the media. Though we know the filthy reality of media, but his statement is understandable. He has to use the media for now.

The call for a March on Islamabad is also understandable and a similar Jalsa in Islamabad would create a serious crisis for the government and the Supreme Court.

All political parties and analysts in media have been surprised by the strength of the Jalsa and indeed Dr. Tahir has emerged as a major player now in Pakistani politics.

Dr Tahir has NOT exposed all his cards and the next line of action remains in suspense and would unfold in the coming days.

He has basically remained focused within the political system, NOT giving any indication that the judicial and economic system of the country would also be changed. He talked of strengthening the judiciary, freedom of media etc but not of changing the systems.

There are few serious issues which need to be clarified and addressed.

The real test of Dr. Tahir would begin NOW, after the Jalsa. Remember Imran Khan Jalsa in Lahore???? First Jalsa is always a strong bang. It is later when the challenge starts to get out of control, just as PTI is facing today.

The presence of MQM in the Jalsa and their unconditional support is dangerous sign. If the demands of Dr. Sahib are met, MQM would be totally out of politics. Then why is MQM offering unconditional support to Dr. Tahir? Just as Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Khursheed Qasuri hijacked the PTI, similarly, MQM would also try to exploit this new enthusiasm of Minhaj youth to hijack the entire movement. MQM is a sinister snake party.

Just before the Jalsa, MQM's top Rabita Committee leader sent a tweet message to US state department congratulating the on the successful Jalsa !! Now this is highly suspicious and we would strongly advice Dr. Tahir to learn from the mistakes of Imran and keep MQM away. There is no khair in Altaf Hussian. Why would MQM send a Mubarak baad message to US government ???????? What is MQM and US government up to????

The government is in a crisis now. Many people would contact Dr. Tahir now and would try to offer him lucrative seductions to exploit the strength of this Jalsa today. The real test will begin now. If he can hold his ground against threats, blackmail and seductions, he may be able to bring a caretaker government after Islamabad Jalsa. The field is all open now. The major political parties have shaken indeed. Supreme Court is in a crisis also. Army is surprised and is watching the development closely. The events now can go in any direction. The field is totally open and unpredictable. Government would not give in easily. If the chaos and anarchy becomes too destructive, then army may have to step in sooner than later. We do not think, the regime or the SC would implement anything in the next 3 weeks.

May Allah bring khair for Pak Sarzameen. We see major chaos, crisis and turmoil in the coming days now but hopefully, khair will emerge from this chaos.
