We had a date of hearing today in Islamabad high court on the case filed against us by Geo to get Aman Ki Asha declared as legal project from the court.

Alhamdolillah, for the first time, our team of lawyers appeared together with me. Raja Irshad sb and Sardar Ghazi sb appeared for us. Have taken a date for February 2014 for next hearing. Now we plan to fight it with full force inshAllah !

The case in Karachi sessions court is also due on 20th where my bail able warrants are issued on the same case which is pending in Islamabad high court. This is a legal absurdity to say the least that while case in pending in Islamabad high court, sessions court in Karachi issues our arrest warrants ! Such is the justice here. a friend lawyer would appear in Karachi inshAllah to represent us.

Khair inshAllah ! now when iftikhar chaudrey is gone, hopefully we will have some relief in judiciary as well. Respect for army and anti-terrorist police have gone through the sky and the narrative that we should talk to the Khawarij has been totally destroyed.

But the most powerful aspect which has come to light is that the nation was hungry for a patriotic media and the narrative of Geo and SAFMA has been most comprehensively defeated in the country. The entire hostile information war, Aman Ki Asha, SAFMA and GEO have been humiliated beyond repair now. alhamdolillah !

ARY has emerged as a patriotic voice which is willing to stand with the nation, army and the ideology. We would strongly encourage ARY to build upon this respect which they have earned and boycott all Indian filth and become a patriotic channel as a counter narrative to SAFMA and GEO.

The movie was definitely not perfect, had many errors in representing TTP and khawarij, Urdu subtitling had some horrible spelling mistakes which are not compatible for movie of such stature, some scenes were embarrassing which could have been avoided and some war scenes seemed artificial but overall the impact that it created was patriotic, pro-Pakistan, anti-India, anti-TTP, pro-Kalabagh Dam, anti-Geo and pro-army/Police.

WAAR has sent a new trend in cinematography that patriotic, clean narrative can also be commercially viable. Pak media should take serious note of this phenomenon.

”کتنے مولوی اور سیاستدان جہاد پر گئے تھے یا شہید ہوئے ہیں“۔ بابا جی نے مزید پوچھا۔”میری اطلاع کے مطابق کوئی نہیں“ میں نے جواب دیا۔اس پر بابا جی نے ایک قصہ سنایا۔کہنے لگا” ایک دفعہ چند مکھیاں پروانوں کے پاس گئیں اور کہا کہ ہم آپ سے رشتہ داری کرنا چاہتی ہیں۔ ہمیں بھی اپنے گروپ میں شامل کر لیں۔ پروانوں کے بزرگ نے جوا ب دیا کہ اچھا ہم سوچ کر جواب دیں گے۔ شام کے وقت جب لوگ دئیے جلاتے ہیں تو پروانوں کے بزرگ نے مکھیوں کو بلا کر کہا کہ جاﺅ گاﺅں میں دیکھ آﺅ کتنے دئیے جل رہے ہیں۔ مکھیاں چلی گئیں اور کچھ دیر بعد واپس آکر بتایا کہ کتنے دئیے جل رہے ہیں۔ یہ سن کر بزرگ پروانے نے کہا کہ تم لوگ چلے جاﺅ۔ آپ اور ہماری رشتہ داری نہیں ہو سکتی۔

”کیوں؟ “ مکھیوں نے حیران ہو کر پوچھا۔

بزرگ پروانے نے جواب دیا ”پروانوں کا کام ہوتا ہے شمع پر جل مرنا۔ اگر تم ہماری رشتہ دار ہوتیں تو ادھر ہی جل کر مر جاتیں ہمیں بتانے کیلئے واپس نہ آتیں۔“بابا جی نے حقے کا ایک اور لمبا کش لیا اور گھمبیر آواز میں کہا ”پتر ہم سب مکھیاں ہیں مکھیاں، اگر ہم صحیح پاکستانی ہوتے تو وہاں مرجاتے واپس کیوں آتے؟ میں نے پاکستان بنتے دیکھا ہے پروانہ تو محض ایک ہی شخص تھا اور وہ شخص تھا قائد اعظم جو چلا گیا۔ اب تو ہمارے سیاستدان۔ مولوی اور جرنیل سب ایسے ہی ہیں۔ اگریہ پروانے ہوتے تو یوں پاکستان نہ ٹوٹتا۔ اٹھا لو میرے سامنے سے یہ خیرات کے چاول۔ ملک دے کر اور عزت لٹا کر آنے والے عزت دار نہیں کہلا سکتے اور ہم پیچھے بیٹھنے والے پاکستان کی عزت کے محافظ کیسے بن بیٹھے ہیں؟ فوج قوم کے بل بوتے پر لڑتی ہے ہم تو انہیں محاذِ جنگ پر بھیج کر ان کیلئے کچھ بھی نہ کر سکے۔ فوج کے جرنیل جن کا کام تھا فوج کو لڑانا۔ انہوں نے ہتھیار ڈال دئیے۔ ہر وقت گرج چمک کے ساتھ شور مچانے والے سیاستدان اور مولوی حضرات بھی قوم کی سرداری نہ سنبھال سکے تو اب خیرات کے چاول بانٹنے کا کیا فائدہ؟ جو قوم اپنی غیرت کی حفاظت نہ کر سکے وہ کیسی قوم ہے“

Dear members, now we will talk in the language of Sharia and Quran. So read carefully.

In Sharia, there are most strict requirements of evidence to convict someone, especially for death. If a married person commits adultery, he must be put to death but ONLY after 4 credible witnesses ! In the presence of even 3 witnesses, the person even if clearly proven to have committed adultery, cannot be punished !! This is sharia law which favors mercy and forgiveness NOT death.

Anyone putting false allegation or not producing the required number of witnesses is lashed as a punishment and their evidence is never accepted again. This is Islamic law !

Now we bring to you a fact which has never been discussed before but since those snakes have raised the issue, we now talk in the language of Quranic law to make you understand.

The Mullahs of Khatm e Nubuwwat had put 3 major allegations on Yusuf. The charges were:

1. He has claimed to be a prophet.
2. He has committed adultery/zina.
3. He has defrauded people of money.

There were many smaller but serious allegations also that he calls his followers as Sahabi etc etc ....

During the trial it was established that yusuf had NEVER claimed to be prophet but had discussed a concept of Khilafat ! (very common concept within sufi circles and also mentioned in quran). The prime witness who had accused Yusuf of claiming to be a prophet was a newspaper reporter Mian Ghaffar from Khabrain newspaper. He clearly accepted that Yusuf had never claimed prophet hood but talked about khilafat but also accepted that he is only a reporter and does not know the difference between Nubuwwat and Khilafat !!!! Note this point because judge relied on this evidence to sentence Yusuf !!

Yusuf also explained his belief under oath that he never claimed Nubuwwat but had tried to explain the concept of Khilafat in his sufi order. This is NOT blasphemy. According to sharia, his explanation should have been accepted.

The judge NEVER convected Yusuf on claim of Nubuwwat !!!! Yusuf was convicted for claiming Khilafat !!!! Can you believe this ?? They have been lying to you all along !

On Zina, judge writes that there is NO evidence of Zina !!! Making the Khatm e Nubuwwat mullahs liable to Qazaf, false evidence and punishment of lashes !!! The evidence of Mullahs could not be accepted after this judgement according to Sharia !!

Now you tell me, is this judgement of death according to Quran and Sunnah or violative of all laws of Quran and Sunnah ?? The court never judged on sharia, the judge never knew the difference between Nubuwwat and Khilafat and the prime witness was an idiot reporter only who accepted that Yusuf had never claimed prophethood but talked about Khilafat ! Zina was never proved and it was a false allegation.

It was because of this total farce trial that dozens of Ulama of ahl sunnat rose in anger and gave almost 40 fatwas that he has been wrongly convicted and the allegations are false. We have already shown you the fatwas and now show you the original court judgement. read yourself and see if he has been convicted on Nubuwwat or Khilafat and was Zina proved ????

Now all the Khatm e nubbuwat mullahs who had filed cases against Yusuf are liable for Qazaf for false zina allegation and false Nubuwwat allegations. This is what shariat says.

Do not go into the rest the allegations as according to the sharia, they are all unacceptable due to false witnesses under Qazaf.

Now you be the judge and pass a judgement on his case.

I am NOT his supporter or defender. have just mentioned the facts. you decide. take them to any scholar and lawyer and ask what does Quran says ??? You will know the truth.
