پاکستانی تاریخ کا سب سے بڑا جاری فراڈ

ایک نوجوان لندن کے ایک بین الاقوامی بینک میں معمولی سا کیشیر تھا‘ اس نے بینک کے ساتھ ایک ایسا فراڈ کیا جس کی وجہ سے وہ بیسویں صدی کا سب سے بڑا فراڈیا ثابت ہوا‘ وہ کمپیوٹر کی مدد سے بینک کے لاکھوں کلائنٹس کے اکاونٹس سے ایک‘ ایک پینی نکالتا تھا اور یہ رقم اپنی بہن کے اکاو ¿نٹ میں ڈال دیتا تھا، وہ یہ کام پندرہ برس تک مسلسل کرتا رہا یہاں تک کہ اس نے کلائنٹس کے اکاونٹس سے کئی ملین پونڈ چرا لیے، آخر میں یہ شخص ایک یہودی تاجر کی شکایت پر پکڑا گیا‘ یہ یہودی تاجر کئی ماہ تک اپنی بینک سٹیٹ منٹ واچ کرتا رہا اور اسے محسوس ہوا اس کے اکاونٹ سے روزانہ ایک پینی کم ہو رہی ہے چنانچہ وہ بینک منیجر کے پاس گیا‘ اسے اپنی سابق بینک سٹیٹمنٹس دکھائیں اور اس سے تفتیش کا مطالبہ کیا...

منیجر نے یہودی تاجر کو خبطی سمجھا ‘ اس نے قہقہہ لگایااور دراز سے ایک پاو ¿نڈ نکالا اور یہودی تاجر کی ہتھیلی پر رکھ کر بولا :
” یہ لیجئے میں نے آپ کا نقصان پورا کر دیا “

یہودی تاجر ناراض ہو گیا‘ اس نے منیجر کو ڈانٹ کر کہا :

”میرے پاس دولت کی کمی نہیں‘ میں بس آپ لوگوں کو آپ کے سسٹم کی کمزوری بتانا چاہتا تھا“

وہ اٹھا اور بینک سے نکل گیا، یہودی تاجر کے جانے کے بعد منیجر کو شکایت کی سنگینی کا اندازا ہوا ‘ اس نے تفتیش شروع کرائی تو شکایت درست نکلی اور یوں یہ نوجوان پکڑا گیا...

یہ لندن کا فراڈ تھا۔ لیکن ایک فراڈ پاکستان میں بھی ہو رہا ہے‘ اس فراڈ کا تعلق پیسے کے سکے سے جڑا ہے، پاکستان کی کرنسی یکم اپریل 1948ءکو لانچ کی گئی تھی‘ اس کرنسی میں چھ سکے تھے‘ ان سکوں میں ایک روپے کا سکہ‘ اٹھنی‘ چونی‘ دوانی‘ اکنی‘ ادھنا اور ایک پیسے کا سکہ شامل تھے‘ پیسے کے سکے کوپائی کہا جاتا تھا، اس زمانے میں ایک روپیہ 16 آنے اور 64پیسوں کے برابر ہوتا تھا...

یہ سکے یکم جنوری 1961ءتک چلتے رہے‘ 1961ءمیں صدر ایوب خان نے ملک میں اشاریہ نظام نافذ کر دیا جس کے بعد روپیہ سو پیسوں کا ہو گیا جبکہ اٹھنی‘ چونی‘ دوانی اور پائی ختم ہو گئی اور اس کی جگہ پچاس پیسے‘ پچیس پیسے‘ دس پیسے‘ پانچ پیسے اور ایک پیسے کے سکے رائج ہو گئے...

یہ سکے جنرل ضیاءالحق کے دور تک چلتے رہے لیکن بعدازاں آہستہ آہستہ ختم ہوتے چلے گئے یہاں تک کہ آج سب سے چھوٹا سکہ ایک روپے کا ہے اور ہم نے پچھلے تیس برسوں سے ایک پیسے‘ پانچ پیسے‘ دس پیسے اور پچیس پیسے کا کوئی سکہ نہیں دیکھا کیوں...؟
کیونکہ سٹیٹ بینک یہ سکے جاری ہی نہیں کر رہا، لیکن آپ حکومت کا کمال دیکھئے حکومت جب بھی پیٹرول‘ گیس اور بجلی کی قیمت میں اضافہ کرتی ہے تو اس میں روپوں کےساتھ ساتھ پیسے ضرور شامل ہوتے ہیں۔ مثلاً آپ پیٹرول کے تازہ ترین اضافے ہی کو لے لیجئے‘ حکومت نے پٹرول کی قیمت میں5 روپے 92 پیسے اضافہ کیا جس کے بعد پٹرول کی قیمت98 روپے 89 پیسے‘ ہائی سپیڈ ڈیزل کی قیمت 117 روپے 43 پیسے ہو گئی ۔

اب سوال یہ ہے ملک میں پیسے کا تو سکہ ہی موجود نہیں، لہٰذا جب کوئی شخص ایک لیٹر پیٹرول ڈلوائے گاتوکیاپمپ کاکیشیر اسے87پیسے واپس کرے گا...؟ نہیں وہ بالکل نہیں کرے گا چنانچہ اسے لازماً 62کی جگہ 63 روپے ادا کرنا پڑیں گے...
یہ زیادتی کیوں ہے...؟

اب آپ مزید دلچسپ صورتحال ملاحظہ کیجئے۔پاکستان میں روزانہ 3لاکھ 20ہزار بیرل پیٹرول فروخت ہوتا ہے۔ آپ اگراسےلیٹرز میں کیلکولیٹ کریں تو یہ 5کروڑ 8لاکھ 80ہزار لیٹرز بنتا ہے۔ آپ اب اندازا کیجئے اگر پٹرول سپلائی کرنے والی کمپنیاں ہرلیٹرپر87پیسے اڑاتی ہیں تویہ کتنی رقم بنے گی... ؟

یہ 4کروڑ 42لاکھ 65ہزار روپے روزانہ بنتے ہیں....

یہ رقم حتمی نہیں کیونکہ تمام لوگ پیٹرول نہیں ڈلواتے۔صارفین ڈیزل اور مٹی کا تیل بھی خریدتے ہیں اور زیادہ تر لوگ پانچ سے چالیس لیٹر پیٹرول خریدتے ہیں اور بڑی حد تک یہ پیسے روپوں میں تبدیل ہوجاتے ہیں۔ لیکن اس کے باوجود پیسوں کی ہیراپھیری موجود رہتی ہے۔ مجھے یقین ہے اگر کوئی معاشی ماہر اس ایشو پر تحقیق کرے ‘ وہ پیسوں کی اس ہیرا پھیری کو مہینوں‘ مہینوں کو برسوں اور برسوں کو 30سال سے ضرب دے تو یہ اربوں روپے بن جائیں گے۔ گویاہماری سرکاری مشینری 30 برس سے چند خفیہ کمپنیوں کو اربوں روپے کا فائدہ پہنچا رہی ہے اور حکومت کو معلوم تک نہیں...

ہم اگر اس سوال کا جواب تلاش کریں تو یہ پاکستان کی تاریخ کا بہت بڑا اسکینڈل ثابت ہوگا...

یہ بھی ہو سکتا ہے اس کرپشن کا والیم ساڑھے چار کروڑ روپے نہ ہولیکن اس کے باوجود یہ سوال اپنی جگہ موجود رہے گا کہ جب اسٹیٹ بینک پیسے کا سکہ جاری ہی نہیں کررہا تو حکومت کرنسی کو سکوں میں کیوں ماپ رہی ہے اور ہم ”راونڈ فگر“ میں قیمتوں کا تعین کیوں کرتے ہیں...؟

ہم 62روپے 13پیسوں کو 62روپے کر دیں یا پھر پورے 63روپے کر دیں تا کہ حکومت اور صارفین دونوں کو سہولت ہو جائے، حکومت اگر ایسا نہیں کر رہی تو پھر اس میں یقیناً کوئی نہ کوئی ہیرا پھیری ضرور موجود ہے کیونکہ ہماری حکومتوں کی تاریخ بتاتی ہے ہماری بیوروکریسی کوئی ایسی غلطی نہیں دہراتی جس میں اسے کوئی فائدہ نہ ہو۔

This democracy has now crashed as well. Election has spread more confusion, anarchy and destabilization and now even if they are able to make a government, it would be as most unstable.

Ten reasons why NATO supplies must never be opened: US can move heaven and earth but this is what Pakistanis believe and we are not taking any more non-sense from the US now. Enough!

1. US is building an invasion level army in Afghanistan but giving the false perception that they plan to leave by 2014. Over 3,500 armored infantry vehicles and 5000 containers of weapons stuck in Pakistan, as well as Abrams M1A1 main battle tanks are not going for ant-Taliban operations. Taliban do not have aircraft. US is taking in anti aircraft radars and guns. Do they really think we are that stupid? This military buildup is for Af-Pak military doctrine which envisions invasion of Pakistan in tandem with Indian Cold start invasion from the East once the deployed 4th generation war reaches critical levels of anarchy.

2. US supply line is also the supply line for non-state violent actors like TTP, BLA and other militants groups in Karachi, where hundreds of containers have been "lost" inside Pakistan and their weapons gone "missing". TTP has killed or wounded over 100,000 Pakistanis so far in their bloody war against Pak Sarzameen and we all know that they are based in Afghanistan, protected by NATO and Karzai and backed by RAW. The Salala check post attack by NATO, which resulted in this blockade, was carried out by NATO to clear passage for the TTP insurgents.

3. Give us one reason why should we be part of the illegal American war to kill Afghan Muslims? US itself is talking to Afghan Taliban and resistance for a political settlement but wants Pakistan to wage a war against them! For the last 12 years, Pakistan has been bulldozed and abused into an illegal war of occupation, just as Soviets had done in 80's. Now we are not willing to be pat of it Its that simple. US did not enter Afghanistan after taking our permission nor it is our responsibility to maintain their forces there. They can go to hell as far as we are concerned.

4. The US war in Afghanistan has also brought the war inside Pakistan with over $90 billion worth of loses, damages, destruction to reads and transport infrastructure and over 100,000 killed or wounded so far and counting. The peanuts given to Pakistan as CSF are not more than bribes to the rulers. The entire logistical supply line was free, without any taxes, duties or compensation for the losses. Pakistani nation has only bled through this war. Not anymore. Enough.

5. US now plan to bring India as strategic partner in Afghanistan which would create another nightmare security crisis for Pakistan. Already the Indian presence in Afghanistan has brought death and destruction to Pakistan as RAW is the main handler of TTP and BLA for the CIA. US want Pakistan to support and facilitate Indian presence in Afghanistan. They think we are crazy. Over our dead bodies. By killing the Af-Pak military doctrine, Pakistan also kill the Indian game plan in Afghanistan. US have made a terrible blunder by waging a war against Pakistan and inviting Indians to take charge in Afghanistan. Enough to make us very very angry.

6. Pakistan’s parliament has passed a resolution blocking all weapons supplies into Afghanistan. Now it is illegal and a crime to send weapons into Afghanistan. Pakistani nation has spoken and its verdict is sharp. No weapons to Afghanistan occupation forces ever. Not through land, not through air.

7. US has been waging a massive drone war inside Pakistan, killing hundreds of innocent Pakistanis whose blood is cheaply ignored as “collateral damage”. US have totally refused to acknowledge Pakistan’s protests and demands that these illegal campaigns be stopped. Why should we listen to US when US is directly involved in killing our people just as TTP, BLA and other terrorist gangs?

8. If the supplies are resumed, this would dangerously pitch the nation against armed forces and Pakistan army. Pakistani armed forces are respected and loved by the people and it is the will of the people that these supplies must remain blocked. Today, dozens of officers and men of Pak army are dying each week at the hands of CIA / RAW backed terrorists. If the supplies are resumed, this number would reach to hundreds per week as insurgents and terrorists would get fresh supply of weapons and explosives.

9. Have we forgotten Dr. Afia? No we have not. US war crimes and crimes against humanity are long but none so serious as abduction, incarceration and conviction of Dr. Afia. Raymond Davis also killed our citizens, we have not forgotten the Salala massacre, Abbotabad raid was also a violation and insult to our dignity but we can never forget what US has done to an innocent mother whose life and family has been mercilessly butchered by the US. It is her revenge we take in every way we can.

10. It would be the most staggering military blunders of all times to let the enemy supplies pass through our land when it plans to invade us with the help of Indians to turn us into another Iraq and then into another Yugoslavia! We know their game now and their war against Pak sarzameen is hurting us every day. Now this nation won’t be part of their diplomatic non-sense and lies. If the rulers try to open the supplies, there would be an open armed rebellion in the country against the government.

Let the government decide what they want. People of Pakistan have also decided already. We will show them what we mean InshAllah. Let them try to open the supplies.

While the government and media are fiercely attacking the CJ exploiting the sins of his son, the real traitors are not being discussed in media. Ummah as one body sans borders

When our divine ideology is universal, then how come our borders be confined within lines drawn on map?? For the last 1300 years, during the Khilafat and various Sultan and empires under it, Muslims traveled freely across the Muslim world from China to Andulusia, without any passports or visas! It was enough that you are a Muslim, a brother of faith, that you could trade, marry, byu property and settle in any part of the Ummah! This was the real power of Islam and its brotherhood which flowed knowledge, wealth, trade, sciences and technology as well as culture, languages and traditions across the entire globe freely. With gold as currency, there were no issues of forex exchanges or currency conversions. Me were truly free!

Then came this system of Dajjal. After the destruction of Khilafat in 1921, lines were drawn on maps and Ummah was divided into small pieces of land, passports and visas were introduced, every land was given a fake paper currency and traveling of Muslims within the Ummah was blocked! That was our downfall !

Within the Ummah, this is our mission. To bring back the Ummah as one solid body, where states and nations are only administrative units but with same currency, no visas, no passports, no restrictions to travel, trades or marriages. This is the wisdom of this deen. This is what all the greats had advised us to protect jealously! This is your duty now to achieve! InshAllah, we will.

We must roll back the presently deployed 4GW 

and recover from the “failed state” environment.

Understanding the economic prowess and vulnerabilities of the enemy is equally critical as measuring his military strength. While we are having a standoff with US and NATO over multiple national security issues, it is absolutely critical for Pakistan to understand the economic disease which now afflicts the western military alliance threatening us.

US and NATO do not have the economic muscle left to wage another high intensity war against a nuclear armed Islamic nation and the factors to support this analysis are enclosed in this critical analysis by BrassTacks. Knowing the hidden and bitter truth about the critical economic health of the western military alliance gives us a strong edge over the adversary in military and diplomatic negotiations and engagements.

The ill health of western military alliance does not mean that the threats from Us and NATO have diminished. The presently deployed 4GW is raging against Pak Sarzameen with full ferocity with the objective of turning the state into a failed dysfunctional entity like Somalia. Once that critical threshold is achieved, the next phase would be to make an “Iraq” of Pakistan, through Af-Pak and Cold Start invasions and occupations. Last phase would be the “Yugoslavia” model for Pakistan -- dismemberment and balkanization. We must roll back the presently deployed 4GW and recover from the “failed state” environment. Blocking the NATO supplies have fatally damaged the planned Af-Pak invasions also and have imposed serious caution on the Indians as well, as Cold start was to be deployed in tandem with the Af-Pak invasion.

4thGW cannot be defeated without bringing in patriotic government in Islamabad. That is the first and most urgent prerequisite to build a solid response, else all other measures would collapse in the absence of a patriotic government. US and NATO know their inability to use force against Pakistan without making a “Somalia” or without the Indian help. If we can reverse the 4thGW and kill the Af-Pak, Cold start would automatically be mortally wounded.

For now, US can only use bluff, bribe, threat and psy-ops to try to get their supplies released and re-launch the Af-Pak. Their economy at home has crashed, making it impossible for them to threaten us militarily at this stage. This is their biggest vulnerability and our strength. Know it well and stand firm.

MashAllah, such was the power of knowledge, wisdom, science, technology and ilm in the civilizations created by Muslims. Today, both the liberal fascists and the religious fanatics try to present Islam as a narrow minded, extremist, violent and retrogressive faith which is an obstacle to knowledge. In Khyber agency, TTP kharjis have destroyed over 83 schools in just one small region and over 2000 schools in the entire FATA and Swat. The liberal seculars never talk about knowledge and sciences invented, discovered and created by Islamic scientists. The civilization created by West is immoral, amoral, driven by greed and lust and have destroyer the dignity of humanity, family and women specially.

The civilization we want to create would be a spiritual world, with modern knowledge and humanity integrated into a wholesome society which is a source of khair for the Ummat and for the humanity at large. This is the last speech of Quaid on the occasion of opening up of State Bank of Pakistan in 1948, just 2 months before his death. This was his dying declaration and his last will to the nation. He wanted an Islamic economic model and clearly stated that the world is now on the brink of disaster due to the modern economic system (interest based, banking, paper currency and fractional reserve). This is the model we will establish now in Pakistan InshAllah. The model of Quran, Sunnah, Iqbal and Quaid. Secular liberals can go to hell.
