اب نواز شریف کا سارا آسرا سپریم کورٹ کی چھٹیوں، جی آئی ٹی میں اپنے چہیتے پالتو داخل کرنا اور الیکشن کمیشن میں اپنی معزولی کو روکنے پر ہے۔

دو سینئر ترین قاضیوں نے نواز شریف کو سخت الفاظ میں مجرم قرار دیا ہے۔ اب سوال یہ ہے کہ اس کے بعد نواز شریف کس طرح وزیراعظم رہ سکتا ہے؟

قانونی و آئینی طور پر نواز شریف اب سپریم کورٹ سے سزا یافتہ مجرم ہے۔ اس فیصلے پر الیکشن کمیشن کو از خود نواز شریف کو برخاست کرنا چاہیے۔
دو قاضیوں کی طرف سے نواز شریف کو معزول کرنے کی سزا درگزر یا ملتوی نہیں کی جاسکتی۔ نواز شریف اب ملزم نہیں بلکہ سزا یافتہ مجرم ہے۔
قوم کو سپریم کورٹ سے یہ بھی مطالبہ کرنا چاہیے کہ وہ اپنی گرمیوں کی چھٹیاں منسوخ کریں۔ کیا دیگر سرکاری ملازم تین ماہ کی چھٹیاں لیتے ہیں؟
گرمیوں کی چھٹیاں سکول کے بچے لیتے ہیں۔ اسلامی معاشرے میں ایک قاضی کیلئے چھٹیوں پر جانا حرام ہے، جبکہ ملک و قوم کا مستقبل داﺅ پر لگا ہو۔
سٹیٹ بینک، نیب، ایس ای سی پی کے سربراہان بھی نواز شریف کے چنے ہوئے چہیتے ہیں۔ ایف آئی اے کے ڈی جی بے اختیار اور ریٹائر ہونے والے ہیں۔
پاکستانی قوم کو جی آئی ٹی کے تمام ممبران پر کڑی نگاہ رکھنی ہوگی، ان کا سخت احتساب کرنا ہوگا۔ اب نواز شریف کی یہی آخری امید ہے۔
پی ٹی آئی اور شیخ رشید کو فوری طور پر الیکشن کمیشن میں نواز شریف کی معزولی کے لیے درخواست دینی چاہیے، ورنہ ایک اور دھرنہ!

ڈان لیکس کا فیصلہ بھی چند روز میں آجائے گا، مگر اس میں صرف چھوٹے مہرے ہی مارے جائیں گے۔ مریم کا نام تو آئے گا مگر سزا کوئی نہیں۔
اب نواز شریف سزا یافتہ ہے، تفتیش جاری ہے، اسے ساٹھ دن کی ضمانت ملی ہے، گو کہ ابھی بھی یہ وزیراعظم ہے، مگر قانونی و اخلاقی طور پر ناجائز۔
دو قاضیوں نے معزول کرنے کا حکم دیا ہے۔ تین نے معزول ہونے سے روکا نہیں ہے، صرف مزید تفتیش کا حکم دیا ہے۔ قانونا نواز شریف معزول ہوچکا ہے

جسٹس آصف سعید کھوسہ نے اپنے اختلافی نوٹ میں لکھا ہے نواز شریف اپنی ملکیتوں اور لندن کی جائیدادوں کی وضاحت کرتے ہوئے اس قوم، پارلیمنٹ اور عدالت کے سامنے دیانت دار نہیں رہے۔
’اس بد دیانتی کی وجہ سے وزیراعظم نواز شریف آئین کی شق 62 اور عوامی نمائندگان کے قانون 1976 کے تحت مجلس شوریٰ (پارلیمنٹ) کے رکن رہنے کے اہل نہیں رہے۔‘
جسٹس آصف سعید کھوسہ نے اپنے نوٹ میں الیکشن کمیشن آف پاکستان کو ہدایت جاری کی ہے کہ وہ میاں نواز شریف کو رکن قومی اسمبلی کی حیثیت سے نااہل قرار دینے کا نوٹیفیکیشن جاری کرے جس کے نتیجے میں وہ وزارت عظمیٰ کے لیے نااہل قرار پائیں۔
جسٹس آصف سعید کھوسہ نے صدر پاکستان سے کہا ہے کہ وہ ملک میں جمہوریت اور پارلیمانی نظام کا تسلسل برقرار رکھنے کے لیے ضروری اقدامات کریں۔
جسٹس کھوسہ نے انسداد بدعنوانی کے ادارے نیب کو بھی حکم جاری کیا ہے کہ وہ میاں نواز شریف کے خلاف بدعنوانی میں ملوث ہونے کے قوانین کے تحت کارروائی کرے۔
اس کے علاوہ وفاقی تحقیقاتی ادارہ نواز شریف کے خلاف اپنے سابق ڈائریکٹر جنرل رحمٰن ملک (جو اب پیپلز پارٹی کے سینٹیر ہیں) کی جانب سے 1994 میں درج کیے گئے مقدمات کی تفتیش، شواہد اور تفصیل بھی ضرورت پڑنے پر نیب کو فراہم کرے۔
جسٹس کھوسہ نے اپنے فیصلے میں نیب کو یہ بھی ہدایت کی ہے کہ میاں نواز شریف کے بچوں کے نام پر قائم کردہ تمام جائیدادوں اور کاروبار کا بھی جائزہ لے تاکہ معلوم ہو سکے کہ یہ بچے اپنے والد کے لیے یہ جائیدادیں اور کاربار تو نہیں چلا رہے؟
جسٹس کھوسہ نے نیب کے سربراہ کے بارے میں کہا ہے کہ وزیراعظم نواز شریف کے معامہ میں قمر زمان چوہدری کا کردار مشکوک ہے اس لیے وہ ان فریقین کے سلسلے میں ہونے والی کسی تفتیش میں کسی قسم کا اختیار استعمال نہیں کر سکتے۔
جسٹس کھوسہ نے نیب کو وزیر خزانہ اسحٰق ڈار کے خلاف لاہور ہائیکورٹ کی بریت کے فیصلے کو ختم کرتے ہوئے منی لانڈرنگ معاملے میں کارروائی کا حکم دیا ہے۔

Secret JIT report -- The MQM terrorist who burnt 300 people is also a Deobandi from MQM !!

Even MQM use Deobandi terrorists to burn 300 Muslims alive !! This is the most outrageous crime of MQM, just as violent as TTP's slaughter of our children in Peshawar. This page is from the Joint Interrogation report presented to court. The terrorist is from MQM and is a Deobandi !! He says that himself -- noted by the JIT.

MQM must be crushed now. Mufti Naeem is the local partner of MQM and Altaf Hussain in this crime, running his own crime gangs, hiring them to MQM for crime and murder.

MQM CANNOT challenge my credentials.

I am the Mujahid of Afghan Jihad. We defeated the Soviets. We fought under Islam and Sharia. We never covered our faces. We never killed women, children. We NEVER tortured prisoners. We NEVER attacked Pakistan. We fought against the Soviets and Communist Afghans and Indians. Now I say that TTP are Khawarij and NOT Mujahideen. They CANNOT challenge my credentials.

MQM has a huge presence of Shia leadership. Entire Shia community of Karachi supported MQM. On the other hand, Mufti Naeem is a hardcore Kharji Deobandi. He also fully supports Altaf Hussian. I know that. Karachi is MY city too. We say that openly that MQM is a terrorist organization and all its leaders must be crushed -- Shias or Sunnis or just secular.

Many Ulama of all religious parties from all sects attend Iftar parties and dinners of MQM and eat the Haram Bhatta money food. By not speaking against MQM and eating from the table of MQM, all Ulama are guilty of haram rizq, haram amal and supporting MQM.

Karachi will be the battleground now. Decades of Zulm and silence of the Ulama and corruption of the governments cannot be cleaned in a day without bloodshed.
