Now, the same gang is trying to exploit the Malala incident to force Pakistan to wage a war in North Waziristan, when in reality, those who are waging a war against Pakistan and who attacked Malala are based in Kunar under the protection of CIA. Pilots wee asked to attack a hideout of TTP kharjis but the pilots refused as they saw that TTP was keeping large number of women and children as human shields and if the pilots had attacked that would have caused great civilian casualties. The brave and heroic pilots refused to attack but then came under heavy fire from the Khawarij who were firing from behind the women and children. The Gunship was hit and crashed with both pilots dying deaths of Shaheeds but did not harm any women and children! Allahu Akbar!!!!

Then you also asked for proof that if there is a foreign involvement in this insurgency. Since you are a constitutional Judge only and NOT a General or a defense analyst, let us educate you on some critical points about insurgencies, since you have now acknowledged that there is an insurgency in Baluchistan. Please note these points and never ever forget this again as your ignorance can destroy this millat:

1. All insurgencies are supported by hostile powers from outside the country. No insurgency is sustained if it does not have foreign base areas, weapons supplies and hostile patrons outside the country. That is why it is called an insurgency, else it would be a called a local law and order problem.

2. Insurgencies are undeclared urban wars by the hostile powers. You cannot fight insurgencies through civil laws, police or courts. Insurgencies demand a solid free hand to the military backed by political, judicial and social-economic means to rebuild the region.

3. Unless you attack the bases areas, sponsors and weapons supply of the insurgencies and their patrons in media and politics, you cannot defeat them no matter now efficient judicial or military system you put in place. In Baluchistan, there is NO government and the entire responsibility is upon the FC to prevent that province from going into total anarchy. if you realize that Baluchistan is facing an insurgency, then you must also allow war state emergency rules to be applied as well. You cannot fight an insurgency with laws of 1860 under which your courts are working. Comprendo???

4. You have to punish the BLA NOT the FC for God sake. BLA is NOT following any law. To fight them, extra ordinary powers and martial laws are needed. Give those powers to FC, NOT restrict them or withdraw them. Over 10,000 Pakistanis have been killed by BLA in last 6 months. NOT a single case is being heard against BLA terrorists. How can this be explained??????????????

5. Pakistan is being Balkanzied just as greater Middle East is being re-shaped. Understand the bigger sinister game of Making Pakistan into Somalia, Iraq or Yugoslavia. Sit with the army leadership and ask them how to handle this grave challenge. Then put your entire judicial system to support the army, NOT to fight them for God sake!

We are waiting to talk to you in court when our Bugti petition is taken up by you. We demand that CJ must not block military courts as entire judicial system under CJ has collapsed and not a single terrorists has been hanged by civil courts. CJ and Govt have failed miserably to provide justice in these times of war. Now we want army to take over the duty of eliminating the terrorists in urban war!

We must realize that Pakistan is at war and civil laws don’t apply in battlefields. Today our cities are war zones and a national emergency must be declared! The Govt and Judiciary have done the biggest betrayal of this millat but not acknowledging that we are at war, hence are guilty of not protecting the nation. If the government and the judiciary continuen to block the military courts and also do not punish the terrorists, then the blood of the shaheeds and blood of Malala is on their hands! Let them know that the nation is disgusted of this judicial system and its betrayl of the millat in these times of war!

The "dogs of hell", the Kharji TTP are afraid of a little daughter of Pakistan -- Malala Yusufzai -- and have attempted to silence her voice for standing up to these snakes! While we do dua for our daughter, we also curse the TTP and also all the political and religious parties who still refuse to condemn TTP as enemies of the state and still refuse to support the army against these enemies of Rasul Allah (sm).

The leaders are generally "condemning" the "attack" but are NOT speaking against and attacking Hakeem ullah Mehsud or Mullah Ehsan and their murderous gangs of hired assassins of TTP. This is their munafiqat and the munafiqat of media!!

TTP are Khawarij and enemies of Rasul Allah (sm). They must be eliminated by full force even if it means going into Afghanistan and blocking the NATO supplies once again. But when political leadership and media is afraid of TTP and religious leaders of DPC are led by snakes like Sharabi Tahir Ashrafi, then innocent souls like Malala and thousands like her would continue to pay the ultimate price for the collective sins of the leaders.

We will support our army and ISI even more strongly now. Attack on our daughter is another crime in the case against murderous TTP and their Hindu Mushrik backers. We will take revenge. That is a promise.

Alhamdolillah, it was a fascinating visit both spiritually

 and strategically and great khair will come for  Pak 

sarzameen and Ummat e asul (sm) from these adventures!

 

 

 

Alhamdolillah, we landed this morning at Islamabad and have now arrived back in Medina e Sani, our beloved Pak Sarzameen!! As they say in Turkish "Chok Shukar", buhat shukar!! Now we are available for calls. Alhamdolillah, it was a fascinating visit both spiritually and strategically and great khair will come fo Pak sarzameen and Ummat e asul (sm) from these adventures! We shall be posting more about these journeys and their impact, InshAllah. Even though our beloved Pak Sazameen is in pain and we face an existential threat, we will look beyond the obvious, even beyond the horizon into the depths of divine secrets which would be unfolding now in the coming days.

But first, we need to re-organize the battle at home in courts and in Media! Khair inshAllah. with salam and dua. ZH
