We as a nation MUST control the poison that is added to our food. This needs strong will power, discipline in life and a determined effort to eat healthy organic food.

Watch this video. The serious doctors in West and US know that their society is doomed with diseases due to the unhealthy food they eat. All the food they eat is GMO, suger loaded, growth hormone induced, chemical laced and mixed with chemicals to preserve and add colors.

Now the same food is being pushed down the throat of our own generations. Resist this fast food, Soda driven diet !!

At our home, we have stopped White sugar and have moved to Shakkar, made from Gur ! We have tried to control Soft drinks and we have stopped Shever Chicken which are being given haram feed laced with steroids to make them grow faster. We are recommending the same to our members. We have kept a brood of Desi Chickens for eggs and chicken meat. Every home can keep one set of Chickens.

Go natural, organic and follow the simple food practices of Sunnah ! If you have place, keep at least 20 Desi chickens. That would give you your own supply of eggs. If you can keep your own cow or goat, you can have your own supply of milk, as the milk in the market is loaded with injected chemicals, steroids and anti-biotics.

We need a new eating lifestyle, which is simple, free of chemicals and closer to nature. Remember, you are what you eat !! So protect and guard your food supply, as best as you can. Manage your eating habits and get rid of all this filth called fast food, soft drinks and energy drinks ! They will kill you !
